We custom ordered a sectional back in November. We were quoted 6-8 weeks for delivery. After nearly 12 weeks & 3 deliveries we have our sectional. The first time we were scheduled between 1:00-3:00 but no one ever showed or called! I called at 4:15 to find out what was going on. David said the truck got stuck in the snow, although there was no snow in the area🤔. He said the next available day was a week away! I told him that was not going to work for us since it had already been 11 weeks! He was able to schedule us a couple days later. When they showed up they started bringing in a couch that clearly wasn't ours. So we ended up with two pieces of our custom sectional and one piece of someone else's custom loveseat. They said, "you can use it until we can deliver yours". Really, you're saying to use someone else's custom furniture (that they paid good money for) , unbelievable!!! They tracked down our loveseat and delivered it the following Tuesday. So after 3 trips & almost 12 weeks later we now have our sectional. The quality is great but the service was absolutely horrible! Do better Furniture Row or you definitely will go out of business. I can say I did appreciate our salesperson, Taylor, she was great!

We bought a sectional from here back in July 2024. The first thing that annoyed me was I had to call and check on the status of my couch, to then find out it had been sitting there for a week. They were supposed to call for scheduled delivery. The second part was when the sectional got delivered, we were sent only 3 sections of our couch. A brown love seat was delivered vs one part of my gray sectional. They then proceeded to tell me they couldn't deliver it for several more days after I had already waited three weeks. Finally after all the pieces were delivered, I had then come to discover it was missing multiple pieces of the feet. They brought me the missing pieces off the floor model. I appreciate the sentiment but mind you, this is a $6000 sectional. I then open the bundle of parts to find all the hardware is wrong. We were sent mismatched screws that don't even fit in our couch. I went and got my own hardware because at that point I had zero faith in this company to do anything right. Through all of the phone calls back and forth the manager didn't offer any thing to make the headache right. I appreciate them getting me the correct furniture and missing parts, but that shouldn't be something I had to worry about. I'm not sure I will ever buy anything from here again.
