Bought a full set of thermador appliances $30,000 for refrigerator, double oven, gas and electric stove set, dishwasher. What a bunch of crap!!!!! The dishwasher doesn't clean very well unless you put on highest cycle. Gas stove doesn't work very well. The microwave is the most noise thing. Would not buy ever again.

We love Fred’s Appliance! Our family referred us to Jacob for help in replacing our washer. Jacob responded quickly to see what we were exactly looking for in capacity and brands we desired. Jacob then searched inventory and let us know what was available and descriptions of their individual performance. At that point the decision was easy, we picked the unit that would fit our needs. I ordered and paid for a GE 2.3-cu-ft-Washer-4.4-cu-ft-Electric-Dryer-Combo-in-White from Home Depot The young delivery men ,2 of them, managed to carry the unit up a dirt path to the second floor laundry room entrance. Once there, they looked and looked and determined that the unit could not be installed in the area because of a 12” square beam protruding very near the unit placement. I measured the area and modify it prior to ordering it, and felt sure that it could be moved into the area. The delivery crew assured me that they couldn’t get it placed. I “rejected” the unit, they loaded it up and drive it away.

I called Fred’s Appliance Store in Coeur d Alene Idaho on October 30. The salesman said that they had the model number that I needed as a “floor model” and was reduced $400 because of 2 very small dents in the side. I paid over the phone and was given a delivery date of October 31 (today). The delivery truck arrived ON TIME,10:00am. The 2 young delivery men unloaded the washer/dryer unit and carried it up a dirt path to the 2nd floor laundry room entrance - AND, That was through 3” of fresh snow, the first of the season! They worked the unit into place and connected. It tested perfectly! They packed up and left.
I am VERY SATISFIED with my whole experience - with my purchase and the positive installation experience!

Service good but my refrigerator quit working after only 6 days and I lost over 300 dollars in food and they refused to compensate me for any of it. Plus it took 5 days to get a new fridge. Not happy with them. They are quick to take your money but slow to fix problems.

Great experience buying new washer and dryer. Chris was super helpful, honest and knowledgeable, not at all pushy. Did not try to upsell at all. Made sure a tricky delivery went well and followed through to make sure everything went well. Delivery guys were great 👍.

The customer service was AMAZING! We needed a fridge asap, and one that would be white and fit in our space. We weren't able to go to the store, but Trevor worked with us via text to find one that would work. He looked up the specs of our old one, helped as we texted measurements and photos back and forth to be sure everything would fit, and was able to locate one to be delivered in 3 days. At no point did I feel any pressure and he was most kind and willing to answer any and all questions. There's no way we could have gotten better service or been happier! 100% recommended!
