Not only do they source locally, the ladies have the creative genius that most of the shops around town lack. I’ve had the most beautiful pieces for my salon. I hate to write a bad review for a flower place, especially a local flower place, but today was such a disappointment. My husband ordered a $100 bouquet for me and it was so tiny and sad and had rotten roses in it. I called to see if they could make it right (we're regular Fox costumers so I assumed they would) and they said they'd call right back, but they never did. I eventually asked my husband to call since he was the one who made the order (and by now the whole "Romantic surprise! Nice flowers!" thing was ruined for me so might as well ruin it for him too). They told him that the arrangement cost as much as it did because ranunculus are $8 a head right now. There were three of them in the bouquet, along with 2 rotten roses, 5 tulips, and a LOT of greens. I've had the flowers on display at work today and everyone who's passed by has commented on what a strange, empty bouquet it is. They offered a partial refund, but the cost of the rotten flowers is less relevant than having a special day ruined. I gave an extra star because I HAVE gotten pretty flowers from them in the past.

Rachel and her staff always greet you with a hello and are very helpful in selecting a unique design for all occasions. Amazing customer service and help! Placed an order for delivery but my mother was moved to the ICU where they don’t accept flowers. Fox floral promptly canceled the order and refunded my transaction! Will be the only flower shop I use I. Twin and I recommend yall do the same for their customer service alone! (Their product is also beautiful and reasonably priced!) thank you again Fox Floral! You guys rock!

Always a gamble ordering online flowers, but they nailed the flowers I ordered. It wasn't exact as pictured, but they had called and asked if substitutions were ok, and the arrangement they sent was even better then the online picture. Will definitely use again when I need to send flowers in Twin Falls.

Rachel was amazing to work with. She took my vision and my budget and made my wedding flowers come true. Flowers were ready at for pick up at the set time and they still look amazing three days later.
