My contractor listed this company for our countertops so we went and originally talked to Tammy who sent us up to Tampa to pick out some quartzite. After picking that out she then passed us off to Jonathan. Fair enough. They installed our kitchen countertops and there were clearly 2 areas that were cracked on both sides of the sink. They tried to pass it off as part of the quartzite but it was clearly cracked. We waited a week for someone to come out to repair which didn't work and they made him come out again to repair so that was another week. We wanted a replacement. After going back and fourth and multiple phone calls he then says he needed to talk to his boss to see if they would allow us to pick out another piece of quartzite. We finally got the go ahead after this being installed for 3 weeks. We had to drive back up to Tampa and pick out another piece. We had to wait till mid September for the new installation. He gave us a date of August 16th but then after multiple phone calls he tells us on the 15th that the 16th won't work but the 19th will. We were leaving on a planned trip on the 18th so no new countertop till mid September. The installers dropped my sink and scratched the inside door of my sink base cabinet and put the sink in slightly crooked. I found dings in the countertops. I called Jonathan and he told me the next time an installer was in my area he would fix the dings. Well it's now November and nothing. I can't honestly recommend someone that doesn't really care for their customers.

We went to three show rooms including Design Works, very friendly and helpful, especially Jonathan. He went above and beyond helping us choose counter tops for three counters and made great money saving suggestions. Their installers showed up on time and were very professional and accurate with the install. We did have a small issue with one top, but Jonathan was on top of it and got it scheduled for repair with great results.

New design showroom is great to see lots of tile different tiles. Andrea was great to work with, she provided great suggestions and was quick to respond to questions & changes. Highly recommend them. Will post pictures when our project is done.
