Very professional. Got my floors done the very same week.
Install crew were polite, arrived on time and provided excellent service.
I didn’t have to lift a finger, they moved furniture and cleaned up once completed.
Owner Josiah visited during install and after install ensuring client satisfaction. The office team followed up after work was complete to address and questions or concerns.

I browsed on Thumbtack for the first time to locate someone to do the flooring project. I read the reviews and Josiah messaged me right back to discuss the process and had Crystal call to set up the in-home consultation. I was pleased and ready to start. Josiah was honest about the product I selected once the shipment came in advising that it may not be what I expected. We chose another option and it turned out perfect.
