We had an excellent experience with Floor Coverings International Boise. Carlee and Jon Cayton were professional and managed our project from start to finish. Great customer service! Unlike other vendors, Jon was able to give us an immediate quote after measuring - we didn't have to wait 3 days like a big company in town. Jon's price was reasonable. Carlee checked in regularly as the installation progressed and addressed issues immediately. Installation was excellent with a great team who worked as quickly as they could while maintaining high quality workmanship. Everyday they cleaned up the area and put tools away so there were no tripping hazards. The floors are beautiful and we would highly recommend Floor Coverings International Boise!

Everyone at Floor Covering International Boise were amazing to work with from Carlee & Jon, to the furniture movers and the amazing floor installer were so nice and super accommodating! I LOVE MY NEW FLOORS!! The best investment to improve air quality for my family and beautifying our home is the bonus! I wouldn't want to work with anyone else. Where to begin with the exceptional service we got from Floor Coverings International? We can begin with Jon Cayton coming over and giving us a bid on the spot, a very competitive bid might I add. He promptly recommended high quality Cortec LVP flooring, and after doing research I realized this was an excellent product. The customer service was bar none, the communication and follow up from Carlee Cayton was A+. Carlee scheduled the movers, product delivery, and installers, the timing on all was perfect. The installers were exceptional. Aleksey and Alex are perfectionist and it showed in everything they did, we are very pleased!! They worked intently all day long and finished the job on time. They were very respectful and hard working. What a superior and quality service! I highly recommend.

Jon helped me come up with a customized design plan to remove our old carpeting and install LVP. He worked with me through finding what time and options worked best and I highly enjoyed Gary and his install team. They were prompt daily, respectful and fun to joke with. They came to my home to take my order and home measurements. They scheduled a date to begin instalation. They moved and stored my furniture. They removed my carpet, installed my new flooring, and replaced my furniture where I wanted it. Each step of the way the persons involved were professional, considerate, and knowledgeable. Very professional, great communication. Owner came in hand with a few choices from my preference list. I chose a medium-high end carpet & pad on the spot that worked wonderfully. There was a little hick up during the installation process, as the carpet measurement was not accurate so had to wait for two weeks for an additional piece to be ordered for our closet area. The installer did a pretty good job, had to have him come out again to glue an edge down again, which really had to do with the original flooring angles. We love the carpet and happy with our selection.

We recently had new carpeting installed in our living room - the installers did a wonderful job.. However, we noticed that the there was a problem with the carpet itself (the pattern was not running in a straight line in an area of the carpet.

We phoned Carlee Clayton, who we had worked with, sent her pictures. She came out to the house and saw the problem, and put an order in for new carpeting. As soon as it came in, they called to schedule a new installation.

The installers again did a wonderful job, the carpet is perfect and we could not be happier with the results. Carlee came out to do a find inspection also to make sure we were completely satisfied.

Floor Coverings International removed old linoleum and installed new tile in my 2 bathrooms and removed old carpet and installed new in 3 bedrooms and my living room. They were courteous and did amazing work. I feel like my home is brand new!
