The installation itself went as expected. The scheduling and communication leading up to the install was horrific. No call no show on the day I was scheduled, I had to call three times that day to try and get any answers of which I was only able to speak with the admin staff and they provided no answers. A reschedule for the following day was on the books and the installers arrived 3 hours past the arrival window (8am-10am) I was told the evening prior. I had to take an extra day off work and arrange for childcare at the last minute when a simple phone call could have spared a lot of trouble. I spoke with the “sales manager” on the morning of the reschedule and she told me she was sorry and had been out of office and wasn’t sure what happened to cause the scheduling mishap and that she would follow up with me after the install to discuss compensation. I waited 3 days after and no call. I called and left a voicemail asking for her to follow up. No call back. I called and left another voicemail 2 days later. Again no call back.

Update 1/10/25: The Sales Manager reached out and provided me a 4% refund on my order and made a note in my file that they would honor an extended warranty on the installation at no cost to me.

Our experience with FloForm has been excellent. Great communication. The installers of the countertops, Jason and I think Aden?, were both so professional and competent. We love the counters and appreciated their abilities to install them. We would recommend this company for sure.

FloForm installed new quartz countertops in our kitchen and laundry room nearly a year ago. They did a fantastic job. There was a small section near our kitchen sink that evidenced some scratches from the installation process. We thought we could live with it but called nearly a year later to see if they could make that 3” x 4” section look better. Mark arrived yesterday and was exceptionally friendly and professional. He repaired that small area like magic. It is great to see such competent and hard working people stand behind their work. We would recommend FloForm and will use them again for our future needs.

Floform is an amazing company to work with. Cheyanne in the ordering department was so helpful and kind. She worked really hard to make sure I was happy. Rose was super sweet. Joe came out to measure it all up and was super helpful and nice. Jason was an amazing installer and sure knew his stuff. I was very impressed with this process and would give them my business any day.

Shayne came to my home. She gave us an estimate and said she would email the quote. Two days later I had to ask her for the quote and she sent the bare bones. I emailed her back asking for the complete break down, 'cost of new sink, reconstructing the island etc, and never heard from her again. I guess she thought my business wasn't good enough. I'll find another company.

I didn't like the final cut of my counters and they dismantled them, did some adjustments and got them installed the following day. I also must say that Ben and Joe were so positive and encouraging on the job and to each other, must be company encouraged. Good job!!!!!
