Bought a treadmill from them 5yrs ago. I've had problems with "Stuck Error Key" and the treadmill just stops. They replaced the motor twice, belt, analog panel and motherboard over a two year span. Now they say it's the computer module which is two years out of it's warranty and over $1600 to replace. Won't be going back to Fitness Showrooms.

It’s 10:08 on Tuesday, Dec 19. I’m here to buy my son a weight bench and there is no one inside even though the sign says they open at 10. Update - it’s 10:15 and, you guessed it - still no one here. A lot of places find that it’s selling things to customers that allows them to thrive as a business. Clearly these folks have a different model in mind. And clearly, I will take my business elsewhere…

Fitness Showrooms has more than a dozen locations throughout the Northeast region that carry a wide range of fitness equipment from top manufacturers. I purchased a Batca Omega, which I view as the finest home gym on the market, from the Fairfax, Virginia location. The Batca Omega has an ingenious design, super-smooth motion, and wide range of exercises that set it apart from all other home gyms. One of its outstanding features is the leg apparatus. The leg press, leg extension, and leg curl are extremely well-designed, and rival anything else anywhere in either a home gym or a commercial gym setting. The Batca Omega is so outstanding that I cancelled my long-term membership at the gym. No more long lines, broken equipment, and exorbitant gym fees for me. I have everything I need in the Batca Omega, right in my basement, which will last a lifetime.

Fitness Showrooms has an outstanding staff to meet all of your fitness needs. The manager of the Fairfax store is Henry, who is very knowledgeable about all of the fitness equipment in the store. He can explain all of the details and other considerations about the equipment, and give you a demonstration to help you make the choice that is right for you. Henry is the central coordinator for making all transactions. Victor and his crew are the master mechanics who do the installations. They disassembled my old gym and assembled the new one in a matter of a few hours, and installed it in a tight area where there was only ½-inch tolerance because of a dropped ceiling in my basement. Absolutely incredible! Martin is a master technician who helped me level the gym because my basement floor is uneven. Julie schedules all activities to make sure that everything gets done on time. And Fabio, the owner, and Natalie, his Chief Administrator, handle the orders and interact with the staff daily. They are not just a good team, they are a great team!

I consider myself extremely lucky to have found Fitness Showrooms just by happenstance. They have all of the top equipment, the most competitive prices, get everything done according to schedule without any drama, and are a real pleasure to work with. What more could you ask for? If the general public knew just how good these guys are, they would not be willing to deal with anyone else.

I have purchased Sorinex, Rogue, Titan and other weights/dumbbells/bands/etc. over the years, and I can confidently say the products sold here are of similar, or identical quality. These brands were not sold here at the time, but they seem to be the exact same product just missing the brand/logo. I will return here the next time I need additional equipment.

I was ripped off by Fitness Showrooms. I called to get the belt replaced on my home treadmill. They said it would be $395 plus parts (the belt was $150). They asked the brand, and said the belt was available. Their workman came to my house, didn't bring the belt, dusted off my treadmill motor, said they would look up what parts I would need, and left within 10 minutes, charging me the $395. 3 days later I got an email saying that the parts would cost $2795, but that if I chose not to have it replaced, and to buy a new treadmill, they would subtract the $395 from the price. Didn't mention what they charged for a new treadmill (I can only imagine). I declined, ordered the belt, and with 2 hrs labor and the help of a friend, replaced the belt myself. Cost $135 and a bottle of wine for my friend.

I can not say enough good things about my experience in Fairfax. Dominic was helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery happened quickly and the gentlemen were neat and quick to assemble my recumbent bike. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you Dominic!

Worst customer service I have experienced in years. It took us weeks to get a technician to fix our new rower which was delivered with a not working speed sensor.
We are now still waiting for weights that we had to pay upfront to have them delivered for sure on August 10th with the rower.
I understand that demand for in home fitness equipment has skyrocket over the last months.
I don’t understand how any retailer can be that complacent to make false promises, not respond to emails and make customers to come back to their store several times to finally get a response and the right service.
