This was our first experience with Fine Furniture. Their customer service was above excellent! Jack and his mom were very personable, not at all pushy, so helpful and determined to find something we liked, showed us options which made us think outside the box, and very accommodating with having our selection before expected! I went to the store on a Thursday and my move in day was on a Friday. As I walked into the store I was greeted with a smile and EXCELLENT customer service. I was not rushed and the owners made me feel welcomed. At first the owner said he wasn’t sure if was going to be able to get me one out of the four items that I did purchase at the time, but he will let me know. Eventually he called me later on and was able to make that happen. His delivery workers are fast, as well. Overall GOOD service and company. DEFINITELY WORTH RECOMMENDING!

I recently purchased a sectional for my family room along with some
new kitchen chairs and counter stools and will never buy furniture anywhere else again. I was treated like family at Fine Furniture. They suggested I send them a video of the room and from that they were able to accurately measure how big the sofa should be. They took their time with me and answered all my questions helping me with color and fabric choices. Today the delivery arrived and that experience was exceptional as well. The men came on time, were polite and friendly, set up the sectional and removed the boxes very quickly. I will definitely recommend Jack and his staff to anyone looking for nice furniture at a reasonable price and fantastic service.

Purchased a bed yesterday for my son. I work for a big furniture store and chose not to buy from them due to not finding what I wanted. I came into the showroom and didn’t find anything, he showed me a bed from a book and I chose one that was in stock. I purchased In store and opted to install myself as it is just a queen bed. I got the bed home, started to assemble and as soon as I screwed in the foot to the rail and began to pick it up, the foot split in half. The screw holes are on the far left and far right, none in the middle, however, there is an air pocket in the middle of the wood causing it to split. I contacted the store within 12 hours of purchase and told them the leg broke, the guy immediately says “ this is why we recommend letting us do the install to ensure proper installation. Not saying you caused it but I can give you a leg as a courtesy” I asked for a refund because the bed is flimsy. He became upset and started to speak very fast in an angry like manner saying “you signed a no refund no return contract. We have many similar floor models and none of them are flimsy that’s a good bed and I can give you a leg as a courtesy” I told him I’m contacting my bank but because he refused the refund and I can’t have my son on the floor while waiting on the outcome of a refund I’ll retrieve the leg. Upon my arrival to the showroom, less than 24 hours later, he provided the leg and a contract to sign stating he is providing a leg free of charge and I asked where could I leave my remarks and he said it’s non-negotiable. Although the bed is defective making his contract null and void. I asked him not to speak so aggressively toward me as he was being very loud and speaking extremely fast. I normally only leave reviews to ward others of bad experiences. My grandma purchased a mattress 3 years ago and had to have it replaced which they provided a store credit and deducted from the store credit because she didn’t use it right away and this was during Covid !! This company does not honor anything!

Truly a fantastic shopping experience. I highly recommend shopping here over other furniture stores. I wasn’t sure exactly what kind of couch I was looking for but Jack and Tal sat with me to look through countless options. They did an excellent job showing me different choices without being pushy at all! They have the perfect combination of caring and patience that you’d want from a sales team. Our couch was delivered without any issues in a very timely manner. I’d recommend anyone that needs any furniture to shop at this great store!
