Our experience overall was quite disappointing. We were from out of state and found a sofa we loved while looking @ Fig & Birch. We were told it would be very easy to purchase and coordinate out of state delivery. We were given a time frame of 8 weeks for 4 items which included 2 "quick ship" chairs that would be ready in 4 weeks. It took 10 weeks for the chairs to be delivered and 2 more for shipping to be coordinated and delivered. Expectations were not set well by the store and required ALOT of follow up and chasing of communications for weeks, it wasn't until I considered canceling my order that sales took ANY action.
I asked multiple times for a sales invoice, still don't have one. When we finally received our furniture 12 weeks later our sofa arrived damaged. I reached out to Fig and Birch...received a canned response and no follow up. I would not recommend nor will use again.
