The person sitting at the front counter was very friendly, informative and happily answered our questions. We really liked how up front the place is with pricing. The show rooms and the items they sell are accompanied by tiny QR codes and price tags with descriptions. Unfortunately my phone had problems focusing on the small QR codes and the items that I successfully looked up online were out of stock. Probably for the best since all the parts of the shower system together would have cost over $6,000. There were more budget conscious options as well though. Definitely more on the higher end of things, which we didn't quite know beforehand. But it's a nicely laid out store that provides good ideas for bathrooms and kitchens, so it was neat to explore nonetheless.

The Austin showroom is very nice, however getting a quote has been next to impossible. I spoke to Jennifer G. at the end of the day on a Wednesday and was told their typical turnaround time for a quote is 24-48 hours, but that she would try to get one to me the next day. Next day passed, I followed up, she said she would get it to me that day (Friday), still nothing. Followed up on Monday and was told I would have it in a half hour...never received it. Save yourself the waste of time and shop at a place that understands how to deliver a decent level of customer service.

Whitney was an excellent service representative. She was patient and helpful. After visiting several lighting stores, Ferguson by far had the widest selection. They also had a very nice selection of treats and drinks for customer hospitality. My only suggestion would be to price the lighting fixtures so customers do not have to hunt a representative down. That is where Whitney had to spend most of her time, looking up prices. If more products had QR codes we could have shopped in a more efficient manner.

Furgeson reached out and made me a happy customer based on my below review. The fact that Roberto took the time rectify this experience solidifies that I will be a repeat customer for any future projects.

"I had an overall positive experience with almost everything I purchased for a home remodel except for the Avallon Ice Maker. I was sold this ice maker at the suggestion of a Furgeson employee and in 2 years have had them replace it for being faulty 3 times. Now they will not replace the ice maker or at least not respond to my emails. Do not let Furgeson sell you anything from Edge Star or Avallon or you will just be constantly dealing with sub par products."

We all know how stressful remodeling/updating your house can be. Luckily the process of selecting appliances, lighting and accessories was smooth and painless thanks to Kaitlin L. at Ferguson. She’s knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. She also has a great eye for design and helped us find pieces that complimented the rest of the project while keeping it within the budget we set. Thank you for all your help, Kaitlin! You made this the least stressful step out of our entire project. We look forward to working with you again.

The place is very small and clumsy.

I like the kitchen and plumbing section. But most of the selections are either outdated or boring.

There is this oven that is placed as a model unit, but it's actually burnt and stinky.

Considering a city like Austin, I believe there is a large scope in expanding this facility.

Lots of nice options. We didn’t make an appointment and everyone seemed pretty annoyed, but we got what we needed so nbd.

We worked with David for all our home's appliances, plumbing fixtures, tubs and sinks. Truly one of our best decisions in our remodel. Ferguson was priced competitively but it was their service that stood out. we ordered in August, had some materials shipped immediately, and they held all the appliances until December free of charge. We even had some returns to make more than 6mos later and there were no questions asked. Showroom is amazing and the end to end experience was top notch.
