Unresponsive company. We were at the showroom last Wednesday afternoon and had met with a gentleman regarding a high end double oven and a downdraft/blower we had wanted to purchase. One of our main concerns was how long it would take for the oven to arrive, and the salesperson said he wasn't sure. Since it was right before Thanksgiving, he told us he would find out the following Monday and would be in touch, which was completely understandable given it was a holiday weekend. We gave him our contact information, and it is now Wednesday evening and crickets. If he were still trying to get an answer to our question, why wouldn’t he reach out and say so? The lack of any response is completely unacceptable. Clearly this salesperson is not interested in our $11k purchase, and we will be buying our appliances elsewhere.

Had a very tight timeline to complete 2 partial bathroom remodels, replace all of our interior bathroom lighting and upgrade our exterior lighting and needed more guidance that I could get at a big box store. Huge thanks to Matt for guiding me through their inventory & coordinating next day delivery. I really appreciated that my receipt had a direct line to reach my sales rep as I forgot to purchase 3 items and needed them quickly. I was able to reach Matt right away and he once again assisted with next day delivery for those pieces. Everything arrived on time for both orders & I was able to successfully complete everything within a week from start to finish! Very happy with the end result & plan to return for future home remodeling projects

Great showroom, but.. after that it all goes down hill. Communication is poor, installers have a scheduled appointment but don't show up on time. I had to consistently remind them what product I purchased and what was supposed to be installed. Their internal systems don't seem to work very well.

I ordered plumbing equipment on 10/5 for a 10/25 delivery. The items did not come on 10/25 and no one bothered to communicate with me. I called today, and they told me the order hadn’t even been printed for deliver. I have a plumber coming to install my order tomorrow, and still do not have e a confirmed deliver time. The customer service from this place is abysmal

After a horrible experience with Appliance Factory, damaged product, had to return, over a month and call all the way up the chain, the refrigerator compressor went out. Came to BAC/Ferguson on a Tuesday, chose a scratch and dent new refrigerator, got a great deal, removed the old one, installed the new one on time and within 20 minutes. The delivery drivers checked to ensure every thing worked before leaving. Very personable and professional experience all around. Save the headache and buy your next appliance new or dented from here!!

Poor communication, ghosted on install day when I took the day off work. They didn’t even call to tell me they weren’t planning on showing up. Several months later we discovered that they installed 2 dryers with duct tape for the vents instead of a ring clamp. Cutting corners! I had to pay someone else to install it properly and thank goodness we realized it because it’s a major fire hazard. I’ve send several emails asking for reimbursement for the repair fee. I’ve been constantly ignored without reimbursement, and not so much as an apology or acknowledgment that their install crew messed up. I will NEVER buy anything from them again.

We went on Friday mid-day. No one acknowledged us while we stood looking at faucets for 20 mins. I finally went up and asked the front desk for a sales person. She informed me she doubted she had someone that could help us. Meanwhile there were salespeople helping other customers but it was obvious they were done with the product discussion and just discussing personal stuff.

So when your salesperson is cooperative, knowledgeable and helpful, that’s great. Steph G. was all of that during the purchasing phase. That said, when our contractor was ready to install our soaking tub (which was delivered ~ 2 months prior) and found the tub cracked, that’s when Steph showed just how determined she was to make sure our project didn’t get delayed. Steph informed us that the tub we originally ordered was back ordered until mid December. Since all or our rough plumbing and tile work was done, Steph worked to find us a suitable alternative and expedited delivery within 2 days. We are so thankful for her help and therefore highly recommend Ferguson and especially Steph!
