It was time (no pun intended) to change a number of batteries in some very good watches of mine that I have not used for some time and took them into the store owned by Owner Murad. He was very kind to explain several things to me about my watches and how to protect and use them properly. As he was fixing the watches I saw many many beautiful watches . He told me about some of them. I would definitely recommend this store and its owner.

I have to say thank you to the owner-Omar and another staff-Osman. I came to the store, got the watch that I want to purchase-Seiko Solar watch-sfk 001. My wrist is not that big, so they patiently help me to adjust the size (add links). The first time I feel is kind of tight, so Omar lose it, then I still feel a little bit of tight, so I came back to the store, and they adjust it again, this time the size is perfect for me. I really appreciate their patient and kind, if you want Japanese watch which have reasonable price, I’ll recommend this store, they also reply the phone call quickly. The only thing I want to remind is there may be more customers in the store (the store is not big), so you may come here during the un-rush hours.

I took my Invicta watch to this place for a battery change and the guy replace the battery but he couldn't put the back case. I saw him struggling to put it together and i told him to stop if he was not able to do the job ,because he was complaining about my watch model. At the end 20 min later he did not charge me for the poor service. Then after 2 days i took my watch to a Invicta shop where the guy show me the the back case of the watch was broken. I will never go back to Fashion Time . Very unprofessional.

Was not sure why it costs $63.00 for a simple battery change on a men’s wrist watch when it only costs $5 overseas for the exact same brand name battery. When i was waiting to get my watch battery changed, a couple came in to complain about their two watch batteries changed two weeks ago just died. My $63 replaced watch battery now works fine but as the watch was poorly assembled back by the shop, the watch screws came apart the next day…. I should have gone to a different shop..
