I recently worked with Fairfax Kitchen and Bath's Sterling Branch to remodel two bathrooms and a secondary kitchen in my new home before moving in. After researching various companies, I was drawn to their long-standing reputation and the positive experiences of previous clients. I scheduled a free consultation, and the designer, Tugce, visited my home to take measurements and listen to my ideas.

Following that, we booked an appointment at their showroom where we were shown several design options for each space. We evaluated the materials, made some changes, and received a price quote for the project.

Once we signed the contract, the project quickly got underway. Since we were moving into the house soon, we requested that the work be completed as quickly as possible, and the team delivered on that promise. As soon as the materials arrived, they started and finished the work in a timely manner.

I was especially impressed with the speed and quality of work in our Master bathroom, where we changed the entire layout, plumbing locations, and even knocked down and added walls. Despite all these changes, the team worked faster than I expected. In the kitchen, we replaced the cabinets, and the idea to extend the wall cabinets to the ceiling turned out to be a great decision—it completely transformed the look of the space.

For the guest bathroom, we didn’t change the layout but upgraded the finishes. Initially, I was uncertain about how necessary it was, but after seeing the final result, it became one of my favorite spaces. My daughter wanted a Mediterranean-inspired look, which Tugce embraced and helped us select the perfect materials and design. It was a bold move, but the result was beautiful. The large arched niche added a special touch to the bathroom, and the decorative floor tiles really elevated the space.

Overall, I feel I received excellent value for my investment. Fairfax Kitchen and Bath is a professional, responsible, and reliable company, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their space.

She was full of ideas yet also flexible to incorporate ours. The project manager, Hamit, was on top of the work daily.
