We are so happy with our floors. Bryan, Melinda and Niko were all great to work with. We appreciated the flexibility with us as we were doing a full remodel. The flooring started 2 weeks early (thank you) and the finished product is amazing!! Niko dealt with uneven walls and uneven floors with amazing skill.
The best compliment was from our daughter who is moving in and wanted high end engineered flooring. We over rode her and got the empire sequoia xl laminate. She said yesterday to me “You were right. This floor is beautiful.” Niko did the placement so well. She is hard to please so this is the ultimate compliment. Thank you factory direct!!!

I wanted to wait several months before I wrote my review on the quality of the luxury spc vinyl flooring I purchased for my new home. The first rep I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable and inspired me to return for my final decision, but it was the owner Bryan with his over the top customer service, recommendations and knowledge that sealed the deal! Not only did he give me a great price, but he also assisted in getting me all my materials when the distributor was not releasing or guaranteeing delivery when I already scheduled the installer! Bryan stepped in and delivered my stair nose molding and trim personally! I went to 13 different locations when I was doing my research for quality and pricing, there were more expensive and also cheaper options, but in the end, Factory Direct by far was the best in all categories! In the last several months my floor has dealt with spills, falls and proved strong and easy to clean. When I purchase my next home, I will be returning customer.

What a fantastic experience with Bryan and Melinda at the Factory Direct Floor Store! We were there MANY times before making our decision and they were always friendly and patient. We did a lot of comparison shopping and got the best price here. So nice that such awesome service came with it! Bryan is very knowledgeable which was helpful in our selection. He got us scheduled when needed in the middle of our major remodel. Ken always had a smile and installed the floor expertly, with great attention to detail.
