I was so glad that a friend referred Facets to me. I've been trying to help a client replace her dishwasher for over a year, and every other appliance distributor I went to said it couldn't be done. Guy and Eric not only helped me find the perfect replacement, they also introduced me to a great installer. The showroom is beautiful and it's truly a one stop shop. They have large, well done displays of appliances you don't usually find in Dallas including Blue Star, some Italian lines that were stunning, Hestan, and of course my favorite Signature Kitchen Suite. Now I can't wait to make changes to my own home! Thank you so much for all of your help and a very pleasant experience.

This store has everything you need for your next closet, kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling. The variety is incredible. The showroom is like nothing we’ve seen before. Every light fixture, hardware, sink and bathtub you can imagine is on display. This store offers consultations to each client so that you can pick all the items you need for your next big project that fits within your budget. Highly recommend this place for picky home owners who need to remodel their space. This is also a great place for design enthusiasts.

The reception was awesome: polite and professional. But the person who took a note of the products we were interested and wanting to know the prices, never contact us back. Five weeks later, I called and the front desk transfer me to her extension, I left a message and she never call me back. Seven week later, I went to the builder rep and requested to her a call because I really like their products, the same thing happened: transfer, left a voicemail and she never call back. I am glad I took note of some of the products I was looking for, so I opted to buy it in other store. It is a disappointment because they have very nice store and products but the service is really, really bad

Brittany Brown, my sales rep, did a great job of making sure I was kept up-to-date on when my product would arrive, getting me an invoice with the delivery date, and even helping me get a replacement part for a product I purchased before she even worked at Facets of Dallas. If you are looking for a sales rep that will truly take care of all your needs, ask for Brittany, she is the best!

The products in their showroom seem lovely, however the shopping experience and service is horrible. None of the product is in stock so unless you have 8+ weeks to wait on it, just skip Facets and save yourself the frustrating service because you have to work with them to get any pricing or availability information. Unfortunately I needed to purchase all items for a master bath but the lady assisting me (Phelia?) was obviously annoyed with my timeline limitations and didn’t want to waste any time on me. She basically dismissed me from the store before I was done browsing or asking questions. Very unprofessional

Stopped in today without an appointment (didn't know the place was "by appointment only"). Called while sitting in the parking lot to see if we could come in and Kathy at the front desk was so, so friendly and told us to come on in. She welcomed us in, and showed us around with the best attitude. I told her they were lucky to have her at the front desk as the "face person". Every company needs a Kathy on the front lines. I don't know if she loves her job or just loves helping people, but best customer service experience I've had in many years. Thanks for making us feel at home, Kathy! Oh, and the products were top notch too.

Customer service is not good. We ordered several thousand dollars worth of plumbing fixtures for a bath remodel. We made the incorrect assumption that items were in stock since we discussed our project with their sales rep. Later discovered it would take months to complete our request. Even the long lead time was delayed again. No phone calls. No follow ups. No apologies. No return phone calls. They got their money, so they were done. Would I recommend? Absolutely not.

We bought a kitchen faucet from predecessor of FACETS almost ten years ago. It started to leak and we could not determine the make to get a part replacement, we had lost the receipts. I sent a picture to Phelia McDermott to see if they could help. She contacted the manufacturer for us and we had the part in 5 days. Awesome service!
