Our washing machine went out, called our home Warrenty company and the service man told the Warrenty that the part that broke is no longer available. They sent us a check for 750.00 for a new one. We found this place were amazed at their collection ( new and used ) to chose from. We got a new one, they came and installed it and took the old one. The people there have above par knowledge about their products as compared to other like appliance places. I HIGHLY recommend this place for any of the array of the pics supplied on my post and so much more.

My washing machine broke at a terrible time on a weekend, and Express made it easy for me to get a new one same day. Within a few minutes of walking into the store I found a washer with all the features that I wanted, at a price better than anything I had seen online. The employees were attentive and helped me out every step of the way. The machine I bought has worked great so far. I would shop here again in a heartbeat.

Scott was very helpful and kind when we came to pick out our washer and dryer, and also helped us find all available options, and made sure we had all the hoses and chords we needed! Highly recommend this place, great products and people:)

So my washer stopped working... and It was kinda the last straw.. i told myself well my tax return is gone .. I was so stressed 😫 I called express Appliance and they were so kind. Answering every silly question i had. They didn't pressure me to buy a brand new washer that I really had no money for. Just advised they would be happy to help if i did want or need a new ine. They didn't treat me like I was less because I wasn't buying a new machine. They got me the part and guided me on how to install it. Went home and now I have a working washer again. The happy dance I did when it started to work would have made them laugh I'm sure. When I do need to new machine this is where I will be going 💯. Thank you for your small kindness that made a huge huge difference in my life.

Called because my oven element went bad. I got the wrong model number off the store and they even helped walk me through how to get the correct one over the phone. They had the element in stock, not only that it was the name brand and cheaper than Amazon! When I walked in the had the part waiting at the counter with my name on it. I was so stoked! Great experience! Thanks guys!

We needed a new washer ASAP the gentleman there was very helpful. We got what we needed set everything up for delivery and removal of our old washer was fast and easy we were in there for maybe less than 25 minutes and the price was very comparable to everything I’ve seen lately, so a big thank you if we ever need another appliance, I know where we’ll be going👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
