Same poor customer service experience. Ordered all the doors they had in stock. Audrey told me another order was coming in a month. Got the first set quick, but then the remainder of the doors never surfaced. Wouldn't call me back or respond to emails. Luckily I found the rest with another vendor. Be careful and make sure they have everything in stock or don't order. Eric

Very slow to receive the product, we were not updated that there was a delay in the order and I had to reach out to get this information. When I contacted our sales associate, he did not respond to my emails so I had to call the customer service number. The quality of the door was good, but it was confusing to order and our contractor said that parts that are typically included in a door order were not there, so he had to purchase additional materials. The positive is that the door itself looks beautiful, but the poor customer service, confusing ordering system, and delayed delivery without notification all made it where we have no desire to use this company again

Loren is very helpful guiding me to make the perfect choice. My only regret is I do not need more doors. Be assured, Loren is on my speed dial.

Just a heads up - this place makes doors for California. If you live in a similar climate, you might be fine. However, if you live in someplace like Chicago - beware. I bought a fiberglass double door set from them, only to find that the moving door began to bow as soon as it got cold. There is now an air gap at the top of the door. On top of that, there is a design flaw in the astragal that allows a 1/2" gap between it and the connected stationary door at the bottom, (you can see daylight through it). So, we have quite the cold breeze blowing in.

With both of these issues, I failed inspection. Inspectors determined it to be a manufacturer problem, not an installation issue, so I went back to ETO doors with a claim. Their great customer service in the beginning has turned to crickets. They asked me to send them pictures, which I did, but they've failed to return my calls or emails for weeks now. I'm left with a door I can't use (have had to cover it to block the cold air) and a furnace that's now running nonstop. This company has big dreams, but I don't think they have what it takes to back them up. I don't recommend this company for anyone who lives in a place that gets either hotter or colder than SoCal. Californians, you're probably okay.

Worst experience ever!! I would never recommend this company to anyone at all!

Long story short- It took 7 months for us to get our doors, and after we gave them our money for 27 doors, They quit responding to us. I had to tell them I was contacting a lawyer, my doors arrived that day.

We were under the impression at the beginning that it would take 8-12 weeks, and it took 7 months. We were also under the impression that the doors were made in USA, and they are made in China!

The lack of communication, and the lengthy delivery time made us feel that this company was a borderline scam. My clients were asking for their money back, and I couldn't get anyone at ETO to respond, I have e-mails proving I tried many times to reach out, without responses.

There are plenty of other companies out there that make doors, and deliver on time, Stay clear of ETO! Unless you want to be stressed out, and ignored after you pay.

BTW, after 7 months, they told me I had to pay for a forklift to get the doors off the delivery truck, and that we paid for curbside delivery. I had to unload their delivery truck by hand, as they double stacked 600 lb pallets of doors on top of each other. The first delivery was double stacked, and the second delivery was as well. They sent them in a box truck, so no way, even with a forklift they were getting unloaded without doing it by hand. The delivery driver told me he didn't have time to wait for me to unload. I told him, "I waited 7 months for these doors, your not leaving with them" Later I found his log book torn to pieces in the road. My delivery time? 7pm! They showed at 6 pm and They left at 8:30 pm.

AT THE END OF THE DAY, THIS COMPANY IS UNRELIABLE, LACKS COMMUNICATION AND PROFESSIONALISM.

Also, it appears that the most expensive of all doors is not made of the right material, and does not match the others 25 doors.

They will take 2 months to deliver your order.

Not sure how they got 4 stars… What ever they tell you on email or estimate, just ignore it. I should have just paid the extra somewhere else locally and get doors sooner.

While Esther was very helpful in answering our questions and helping us place an order for a wine cellar door, I had to go ahead and edit this review once my order was received. The door came with an excessive amount of glue globbed on all around the glass pane which is extremely visible and makes the whole thing look like very poor quality. When I called customer service to let them know this is how my door arrived (hoping it was just a quality issue I experienced) they let me know that this was their standard product and that my carpenter could go ahead and razor off and pick at the dried up glue - which is by no means my carpenters job. Very poor response and customer service. I expected better quality as this was not a cheap purchase.
