Poor Service Eros Hyundai 0 star rating 🤬Actually the car was given for insurance repair and they promise me to give my vehicle on (15day later) Tuesdays but due to delay work they didn’t give me on Tuesdays , Then they Promise for Wednesday at 11 am and (on call they were saying the vehicle is Ready and Cleaned ) when I reached at 12am they said please wait in waiting area , After waiting for 1hr i came to know that my vehicle is not ready and cleaned then *I took my vehicle and clean it self* My Moral is The service Of Eros Hyundai is very very bad Don’t Buy and service Vehicle From Eros Hyundai 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Worst experience. I dropped my Creta for serving. Car not even cleaned ether time of delivery after servicing and it was not cleaned below sheet and was not polished properly. Damaged Car wipers was not replaced . No updates were given to me about service. Software to be updated but not done. No professional approach. Kindly avoid giving for servicing here.

Very bad service hai.sirf lutane ka kam hai.aur sab bhaiyo se request hai ki gadi purchase ka samai mai Road side Assistant (RSA)ki facility kabhi mat lena.kio.ki mai apna experience share kar raha hu.mane apne family ka sath our off(Bahar )tha aur car ek sunsan jagai par kharab ho gai mere puri family within 10 to 12 hours Road side Assistant ki help ka wait karti rahi.tabhi bhi kio help nahi mili.mai aap sab se hath jod kar request karta hu ki Hyundai company ki kabhi bhi car purchase na kare.kio ki mai car lakar pachata raha hu aur mere abhi new hi car hai exter 12/24 ka model hai.aur specially eros ki service bhi bahut bakar hai.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Eros Hyundai that I feel compelled to share. We were eagerly anticipating the delivery of our new car, with a scheduled date just three days prior. The day before, we received a call confirming that the car was ready for pickup. However, upon arriving at the showroom, we were met with disappointment: the number plate work hadn’t been completed, and the car was still not ready.

To make matters worse, we were never informed that the number plate had not been issued. We ended up waiting for nearly four hours without any updates, which left our family feeling extremely frustrated and let down. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I would not recommend purchasing from this showroom.
