I've worked with Elegant kitchens twice in the past 6 years. We did our kitchen with them 6 years ago and were beyond thrilled. Then, this summer, we had a flood due to a bathroom plumbing issue upstairs, and our beautiful kitchen was destroyed. I reached out to Joe, and he was at my house immediately. He had the drawings and measurements from the first time, but wanted to take new measurements and talk to us about design. He took such time and care with our order, it was as if it was his own kitchen. He showed us pictures of recent work he'd done and then met with us at his showroom to review options. He was so patient and kind. We even went beyond the kitchen and had him design cabinets for an entertainment center in the living room. He gave us samples of the wood and quartz so that we could match other elements of the rooms with the new cabinets and countertops. Delivery and installation was fast and seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to use Elegant Kitchen and Bath again, or to recommend them. Their selection is great and their customer service is above and beyond.

Very pleased with entire process. Joe asked and listened to how we intended to use the area and offered good suggestions. Our comments were accurately relayed to the designer (Jim P) who offered a very good representation on first submittal. Questions were easily addressed and any changes/modifications incorporated in a timely manner. Visit to shop allowed us to make final decision after seeing color and door samples. In short, a pleasure to work with Elegant from initial visit, through design and delivery, which matched lead time when ordered.

Elegant Kitchen & Bath is the MOST professional, MOST talented in design, carpentry and installation and the HIGHEST quality of ANY business. Their expertise, talent and professionalism is UNMATCHED. Highly recommend Elegant Kitchen and Bath. Joe was amazing to work with, very responsive, great recommendations, awesome communication and just the best customer service I could ask for. I can't thank them enough as we are so happy with how our kitchen turned out. Just finishing up some last touches, but would highly reccomend working with them for your kitchen or bath renovation. I purchased new kitchen cabinets from Joe at Elegant Kitchen & Bath. Not only were his suggestions for design detailed and creative, he considered any and all obstacles we might face upon installation and gave excellent solutions. We also added a bar area, which may be my favorite feature of the kitchen!!! I am impressed with the professionalism of this company. I will use them again soon to renovate my bathrooms next!
