Best customer service around. We bought a reclining glider loveseat on January 31, 2023. The back of the recliner had a T-Nut that stripped out and the back broke. Dusty came out took photos and in 6 days had a new back installed at no charge. He even took the old broken back with him. Definitely recommend Elegant Interiors. Very happy with them!!!

It was time for a new recliner. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful from the time I walked in the door. TJ was very helpful and informative as far as the different types of recliners. It was a no pressure, very relaxing shopping experience. TJ stayed with me and we had a nice visit as I tried out a few recliners. Great bunch of folks!

Had contacted EI to discuss / arrange having their movers (Elegant Moving) and move me to my new house. Brack was easy to talk with and friendly. He and his moving team were actually able to come out ahead of schedule and got me all moved in about 4 hours!

They are the nicest sales staff you could expect. Always say “hi” and always go out of their way to greet you. You get what you pay for with furniture — if you pay for the quality you get it . If you pay a nominal price for furniture it is what you get . They have top of the line and also (affordable) staging furniture He is selling furniture for the price it is online and you can’t ask for more in a small town like ours.
