We love our Eggersmann kitchen! It is such a joy to be in our beautiful kitchen, with our tools and pantry organized to our specifications. Kegan worked with our designer, Allen Kirsch, and contractor, Austin Arnold, to design the kitchen of our dreams. Hello Happy Home unpacked our kitchen items and organized our kitchen. We loved our experience with Eggersmann and highly recommend it!

Kegan Wilson at the Dallas showroom visited our home, and produced a first draft that we absolutely loved! He took our outdated kitchen from the 90s in our 1950 ranch style home and transformed our kitchen into a 2 island masterpiece! We went from a cramped space to an open, light-filled concept, complete with a modern look that included top-rated appliances. Kegan visited our home before, during, and after the kitchen project. He even helped us brainstorm on lighting and decor! We couldn’t have asked for a more professional partner in this project and appreciated the professionalism of the installers as well (not to mention they cleaned up each night before leaving, making the installation process easy to accommodate). If we had another kitchen to re-do, we would run straight back to Eggersmann! Our kitchen is over 1 year old and we wouldn’t change a single thing. Go for the drawer lighting! It’s underrated and so nice to have! Thank you, Kegan!!!

We love our Eggersmann kitchen. With all the trades, designers, and contractors coming through our home, they always compliment us on how cool our kitchen looks. Actually turned out to look exactly like the rendering. Five star experience from the showroom to completion of project. Kegan is incredible as a designer and as a manager of the whole project. He was respectful of our budget as well as our overall desired vision. He is always available to answer any questions that pop up. Highly recommend!

As an Interior Designer who specializes in Residential and Commercial remodels, I cannot love this showroom enough! The details, details, details... simply put, are phenomenal.

I love how diverse their cabinetry is, you can use it for your living, kitchen, closet, you name it! Luxury at every stop. In their divine showroom, there are fold away bars, hidden storage for kitchens, and a concealed bathroom door just to name a few of the surprises.

The showroom personnel are friendly and incredibly knowledgeable making you feel at home and excited about whatever design opportunities are ahead.

This showroom is a must-see!!

We were building a new home 3 years ago and decided on Eggersmann in Dallas. Be aware, start to finish is a long time but I’m guessing all German kitchens mfg are the same. The design was submitted and it was accepted after we were verbally assured that the kelvin rating of all cabinet lighting would be adjustable. We were desiring a blueish tint (cool), not yellow tint (warm).
When cabinets were installed, all cabinet lights had adjustable kelvin ratings except one, an almost inconsequential upper cabinet that was across the kitchen. It less than 2 ft square. That’s when I was told that it was farmed out to another mfg and none of his cabinets came with adjustable lighting tint. Of course, it was “soft white” (think yellow) so now to make the lighting match, all of it is yellow lighting. The cost to replace that one cabinet was stupid expensive. After numerous conversations, Eggersmann made no offer to mitigate our disappointment.
Don’t expect any assistance after the purchase either. Eggersmann represents themselves as a dealer for subzero appliances. I ordered an in-cabinet food processor and a panel for the processor. When I complained that it wouldn’t stay shut, they gave me the number of the “area manager” for Eggersmann, located in Houston. When I called he asked me to send a couple pictures. I did and he said they used the wrong panel. He would get the correct panel sent. That’s been almost 2 years ago and still nothing. Now, wouldn’t you think the area manager would know what panels fit appliances that his company sells?

After a lot of research, we chose Eggersmann to design and build our closets, kitchen and bar in a Dallas high rise apartment we recently finished remodeling.

It was thrilling to see the beautiful product installed and now, after three months of living in the apartment, our satisfaction with Eggersmann has only increased. We absolutely love our special Eggersmann spaces!

The elegance of the design and the thoughtful storage solutions tucked behind the various drawers and cabinets continue to delight us as we move through our day.

Oh, and the people: they are all a joy to work with!

Another important thing: they met the schedule they committed to!! Everything arrived from Germany on time and installers arrived on the date promised.

One big regret: we had several hallway walls paneled in oak. We opted not to go with Eggersmann for these and wish we had!!

Kegan Wilson at Eggersmann Dallas designed our kitchen, which was a complete remodel. He did an excellent job with a beautiful design that made efficient use of the large existing space. Thank you Kegan!

Wayne did the installation of the cabinets, lighting, and panels. He is a dedicated craftsman who clearly takes pride in his work. He labored diligently to ensure a perfect installation. The cabinets are beautiful and work perfectly. Very impressive! He is a great credit to Eggersmann.

My wife and I do not recommend Eggersmann. We were initially excited to work with them, based on their reputation for design and quality, and paid Eggersmann $20K to get started. Unfortunately, we feel that we have not received the expected value or results. Our experience with Evan Soltoff at the Dallas branch was challenging, as it seemed to us that prices and positions changed frequently, leading to confusion and unmet expectations on our end. If you work with them be warned to have a contracts lawyer review any agreements and make sure all details are spelled out before you sign any contract, expect issues if you decide to change the scope of the project, and expect that their prices may increase massively from their initial estimates - we saw 300%. Ultimately, we feel that our $20K investment did not yield the results or products we anticipated. We had high hopes based on Eggersmann's reputation for quality design, which makes this situation all the more disappointing.

The long story: My wife engaged them in late 2021 to provide cabinets for a condo renovation project. She asked for a rough quote for five rooms and, based on that budgetary estimate, then agreed to to pay them $20K which she understood was to be applied to an order of cabinetry. Unfortunately the project was delayed due to covid/health and logistics issues. When we picked up the project again this year we were first told that the contract had expired. Evan clarified that the payment was a design retainer, applicable to the cabinets only within a year, resulting in the loss of our $20K investment. After some discussion Evan said we could apply some of the deposit if we proceeded. That was not great, as we would lose part of the original payment if we proceeded with a smaller scope, but we thought Gabriela, the designer, did good work and we decided to continue with a few rooms.

We were surprised to find that the new quotes for these rooms were significantly higher, approximately 300% more than the initial estimates. There were minimal changes from the original specs so it appeared that they were inflating the prices to more than account for any value they would apply from the original payment. It didn't make any sense to even do a few rooms at those costs. There were also several changes in the amount of our initial payment that could be applied to the project. Evan said they attributed the value across the number of rooms in the original proposal, although that division was not spelled out in the contract. Thus when we went to down scope the project we saw the offered value of the credit also decrease substantially. At one point we finally thought they would honor $5K of the original payment and allow us to apply that to the cabinet for one bathroom. We worked with Gabriela to get the cost of that one simple cabinet down to $6K plus $3K of shipping and delivery. We were willing to swallow that, to get something out of all of this, but just as we thought we were done Evan reduced the amount they'd honor to $3K. At that point we walked away empty handed. This experience was very disheartening for us.

Not recommended, but if you do engage with them we'd suggest you don't sign their boilerplate contract, ensure you have full details up front on what happens if anything changes, including their ballpark estimates or you decide to reduce the scope of the project.
