I had an amazing experience with Dulles glass from the moment I was exploring on their website.

Recently remodeled my home. My tub shower came out beautiful after some tile work and initially I thought I would be satisfied with just my traditional shower curtain. I decided to do a “bath sheet”. I began exploring options. Lisa, was amazing via email giving me multiple options as I was casually browsing. As I locked down my search I visited the showroom and worked with Chandler.

I ended up putting a deposit on what I wanted. They quickly sent a tech to my house to do final measurements before custom cutting my glass. A small tweak (actually went two inches shorter than guesstimates). I quickly received a new estimate reflecting an adjusted price.

The big ask- how quickly could it get done. I was quoted 7-10 business days. Lisa and Chandler worked a miracle for me. I approved the new dimensions and cost late Tuesday. My shower glass was installed the following Tuesday. Way quicker than anticipated! I had family coming after a three month reno and this was the last piece to complete my home.

Thank you! I am thrilled. From estimate to install, to collecting the final amount due, to a follow up email I got today. I’m impressed. 100% recommend

Dulles Glass did an incredible job with multiple projects in the home. (shower glass, custom display cases, outside glass doors and glass shelves). The quality of the work was great, and the communication was good. Our only complaint was that the display cases took a very long time but, I guess that's because they were custom.

The glass tabletop I received was not the size I ordered and does not fit my table, it sticks out over the sides and looks odd. I have emailed the company per their return&exchange policy without receiving any reply. Tonight when I emailed again my message bounced back.
Update- the company said in an email they called me multiple times, I do not have any missed calls. They said the glass was cut to industry standards and a 10% discount is offered but no refund. Unfortunately the glass is so o resized it looks silly and is unusable, see pictures.

I put this ridiculous item by the side of the road today so at least someone can use it- the boxed up glass was gone in an hour, oh well at least someone can enjoy it.

Recently purchased and installed 6 mirrors for 5 bathrooms. Purchasing was very simple thanks to Mr F-K. He was very professional and efficient. Install, extremely smooth. Installer discovered a small flaw in a mirror and immediately returned it to the shop. Ordered a new mirror and installed with 72hrs. Talk about service and perfection - Dulles glass is simply the best. Now, their service is very consistent for I have ordered and installed two sets of shower glass panels and doors. Process and installation was the same, except there were no flaws in the glass. Will I use this company again, you bet! Thanks DG!
