Sadly this company does not stand by its products. We had issues with our spa less than a year after getting it, but they claimed the warranty starts when you order the spa - even though it took over a month to get to us and was manufactured after we bought it... Really that shouldn't matter though, even if it were a bit after the deadline they should be willing to stand by their products. Definitely the mark of a company that builds something to fail.

If you are looking at reviews to see if the product is good, well the idea of the product is good in this case. Still, without a good reliable company that is willing to back up their work it not matter how good a product sounds and your money is best spent elsewhere.

JJJ Hot Tub services delivered my hot tub today and I could not be happier! From the second I walked into the showroom and was greeted by Veronica to the moment the delivery guys left it was nothing but great customer service. My son had a great time trying out ALL the hot tubs to make sure it was kid approved. Very friendly people, very communicative and I am in LOVE with my new hot tub! Had a great experience with the people at Dream Maker Spas at the factory showroom in Longwood. Veronica was very patient with me as I had a ton of questions. I am very happy with the Hydropool spa I picked out (my second Hydropool spa). The price I paid was fantastic. Delivery was smooth and on time. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I've had their spa for a long time now & whenever I need parts they are on top of it with ordering & super fast delivery or any technical help as well. The only problem I ever have is when I'm trying to order online outside of their business hours, the site doesn't allow delivery to my area. Their products & showroom I highly recommend.

Veronica was AMAZING! She listened to what we were looking for. She understood me being short, I didn't want something deep and how important the hot tub was for my Muscular Dystrophy.
She didn't try to sell us something we didn't want or the most expensive, but EXACTLY what we needed! GREAT PRICE and it matches our house. It's so beautiful.

The ordering, delivery and install went GREAT!

Veronica was amazing!! We had so much fun. But the charge for the delivery and set up was very expensive for what we got, they brought the tub to the back, put the step in the ground and stacked the rail. They weren’t going to attach the farmers for the hot tub straps until u said I wanted them. Never plugged it in, put water in our hanger any instructions, very disappointed. Now I go out to get in and the temp is at 97 when it was 103 the night before and us showing Ec for economy. The factory set is supposed to be standard.

I wanted to have a spa/hot tub for years and DreamMaker Spas Factory made the entire process very easy to me! Veronica greeted me at the showroom and from the start she was very acknowledged and answered all my questions… and I had a lot of questions LOL. She took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel at ease and comfortable with my purchase. I even had the opportunity to go inside the spa, try few spas out and choose the best one for our family. THE BEST customer service before, during, and after the sale, and we absolutely love our hot tub. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
