Emma was great and easy to work with. They don't follow you around like other furniture stores, they're just there to help and they do! My items will be here in less than a week which is for a modular couch! 6-8 weeks anywhere else. I was able to take home these chairs today which are beautiful! Only upset I didn't find it sooner. I will be back!

The absolute prettiest furniture! This store has the styles I’ve been looking for, and haven’t found at other stores. The prices were so fair too. We worked with Emma, and she was amazing! So sweet and helpful! She helped us move a couple couches across the store that we wanted to mix and match, so we could see it on site. Highly recommend Downeast Homes, and ask for Emma!

Harry is the best part of Downeast. We like the style of furniture and the store always looks pretty but the way he helps us is what makes the experience as wonderful as it is. We’ve had a few issues with the furniture we have purchased and Harry is the one (and only) employee who goes above and beyond to hear what we’re asking and take action to resolve any concerns we have. Downeast is lucky to have such a kind employee who is willing to go above and beyond for his customers, which is so rare! Thank you Harry!!

If you’ve been in Downeast Home then of course you already know that the furniture is beautiful. But if you haven’t then stop your search. This store has beautiful, great quality furniture pieces. My husband and I were in the market for a new sectional we were so happy with the options that Downeast presented us. But more than anything we were happy and impressed with Emma and Harry. They helped us price out exactly what size would work for our family and were very very very patient in helping us sort through our different options! Never once did we feel bothered and/or pressured to buy or rush. Two quality employees, Downeast is very lucky to have them.

I had the best experience with Ange in Boise, ID! We have bought so much furniture through Downeast Home over the years...bedroom sets, dining room table, office, etc.... I was looking online at some new pieces and learned you can talk to someone at a store to tell you more. Ange was amazing at sharing what she lived about the 2 new pieces I wanted to order. They had exactly what I came in looking to find, three stools that I needed to complete my set of kitchen barstools. The lady who helped me was polite, informative and they helped me find my items and get my transaction completed and helped me load up my car within a quick ten minutes. The easiest errand of my day! Their new storefront looks gorgeous and they’ve done such a good job. I love this furniture store

Love the store love their product! The smell or fragrance they pipe out into the store is horrible! I cannot get it out of my stuff. I’ve let it air out for days and it still smells. I would rather have my smell, then have my product full of smell for me.

I have been in to Downeast three times in the past few days to look at their sofas. I have also been to other furniture elsewhere. I want to thank their kind employees, the employee phone conversations and all three who helped me the past three days. Yesterday I purchased a beautiful leather sofa and I am thrilled, delivery time is not going to be the original 4-8 weeks, it arrives in about a week. I am so happy that I took the tome to see their sofas and home decor items. Check them out!
