Fantastic place, I have been going there for the past 20 years, they never disappointed me. Very good stuff on the floor, beautiful showroom, love to visit there and I feel like a kid in a candy store every time I visit. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Definitely worth it.

We have been purchasing furniture from direct interiors for years now, but recently we have had a horrible experience with their customer service. We moved houses and purchased a new bed set with some pieces of art. We purchased the art from the clearance section, and we kept them in their packaging until we were ready to install them, when we opened them one of the pieces had fungus growing on the canvas we went to the store to ask what we can do about this we spoke to two representatives that said that this was a part of the painting, then they told us there was nothing they can do or even see if they were able to fix it. We asked for the manager and both of them decided to walk away while we were speaking to them acting like they were busy. I will never be purchasing from them in the future, I’m left feeling that they knew the issue prior to our purchase but didn’t inform us. Now I have to find a third party that’s able to repair these pieces of art.

If the devil is in the details then this place must be hell because this place was nothing if not detailed.

A tremendous space with a quiet elegance and calm that could turn a bad day into a good one.

Simply: the space is beautiful and the people charming.

Kevin was patient and insightful and quickly understood where our personal and sometimes competing, aesthetics lay.

We walked through both levels of the showroom and it was a pleasure to have Kevin with us dispensing knowledge, wisdom and humour in equal measure.

By the way:

The showroom is one large ground floor with another, larger upper floor. There is complimentary water and cookies to keep energies up.

We went to Direct Interiors after a friend suggested it to find some furniture for our new house. We ended up staying for several hours on our first visit as Kevin walked us through many options for all our spaces.
We ended up back two more times to address more areas in the house. Ordered all our lighting, seating, beds, rugs, tables and some art and a few accessories.
Price points were pretty competitive for great quality pieces
Kevin made it all seamless and he was and continues to be so responsive any time I reach out and is always offering great ideas.
We are beyond pleased with our experience here and highly recommend a visit for whatever your interior needs are.

Carla is a great sales person and interior decorator. She provides honest opinion and answers calls at all times of the day.
