Their word means nothing. Hired them to complete a shower remodel. It was installed incorrectly twice. Not to mention their demo work left debris in drain line. They use the homeowners trash can to dispose of their materials.

Nothing bogus about this review. Company was well aware of the situation. They made all kinds of excuses to get out of fixing their mistake. They knew any overhang was unacceptable. They knew a cabinet would be there from the first estimate. And they knew the cabinet would be going there when they created the template. They even mention the uninstalled cabinet in their rebuttal to this review and mention the plans that are still accurate that they didn't follow proving they knew about it and moved forward anyway with installing an incorrect piece. Their installer called and told them the piece was too big. (Nicole slipped up and mentioned that on the phone) They also knew that the cabinets would be there prior to install. They knew the top should be 18in wide and installed a 20in top. They had no problem creating no overhang on the fridge side. (Also no cabinet on that side and they were capable of creating a flush install on that side.) Installer was told by homeowner it wouldnt work before they left and they left anyway. Tried to say a 2in overhang on backsplash is standard to get out of fixing their mistake. (See left side of picture.) They are a company who won't own up to their mistake and fix it when they should. Would only fix their mistake for more money. They are the supposed professionals and are blaming the homeowner for their error. Beware of this company. When they mess up, they just make up stuff and try to charge more money to fix their error. It's unfortunate to have to leave this review. This can be saved. If they decide to do the right thing, the review will be updated.

DFG of Nampa is my Go To for Solid Slab material and installation. I have used them 3 times for 3 separate bathroom and Kitchen installations and all three have been fantastic. For the most part I am looking for a small remnant piece and every time I find what I need and they are always quick, efficient, and very reasonable in price comparison. If I need to remodel a bath or Kitchen again, I will be using DFG.

I hired DFG to remodel two bathrooms and my kitchen in 2018. During the work, even though I like Spencer, he was not always good at communicating when issues came up. For example, due to a change in a pocket door size in the master bathroom from our original plan, he made the shower area narrower without consulting me. By the time I realized what had happened when I returned from a trip, it was too late to change it. So the narrower shower is okay but not what I wanted. If I had known sooner, we could have adjusted the plans since the master bedroom had plenty of room to adjust the shower size. I had asked for a cabinet to be moved in the front bathroom, thinking it was a simple task, but it turned out to be more complicated. If he had said something at the time, I would have just said not to bother. But he moved it and charged me hundreds of dollars that I only learned about at the end. Despite this, I was pleased with the result. But since then I have had to fix almost all the plumbing work DFG did, mostly having to fix problems with venting and replacing joins to original plumbing. The master bath bathroom sink they installed cracked after two years. I called them and DFG said they would give me a new sink but not do anything about installation. I realize it was two years later but that is not an acceptable life for a sink. So I cannot recommend DFG for remodel work.

Hello Spencer

Sorry it took me so long to write this but I just wanted to take the time to thank you and all of your employees that worked on my Kitchen remodel project. Everyone that had a part in putting this together did an outstanding job. Nicole is great with communication and did a fantastic job making sure everything went smoothly. I did a lot of quotes around the Valley and your company had the lowest price by a landslide. I must say that the quality of work that you do is second to none I am very impressed with everything you did. I have attached pictures of the completed project with all of my new appliances and as you can see the Kitchen looks amazing. If/when I decide to upgrade my bathrooms I will be giving you a call!

Our master bathroom was a total remodel, and it looks amazing! The designer, Amber, was super helpful in guiding me to make selections for every part of the room. She is a star! Spencer was very responsive to our concerns and questions, and the quality of the work is excellent. The various tradesmen who worked on the project were pleasant, and we felt quite comfortable having them in our home. We love our bathroom!

DFG Floors and Granite did quite a bit of work at our home. We are very pleased with the outcome. Spencer was very attentive and communicated very well. As with all home remodeling projects there where little hiccups, but Spencer was on top of everything and worked very hard to make sure everything was completed on-time.
