*Must read before doing business here* Designer Marbles workmanship is good. But that is where it ends. Doing business here is terrible. They do not communicate, they do not show up on time. After countless calls and texts. 20 days after the day they told us they would install I had to call and be very grumpy to get any answers. They made excuses why the install wasn't done but that doesn't excuse never calling to tell us there would be a delay. They promised the work would be done that week and the owner himself would come do the work.... Nope. They showed up the following week. But at least this time they called to say there would be yet another delay. I never got a call to appoigize, no effort was done to make things right with a discount or any other gesture. Just pure disrespect for us as their customers. I spent over $7k for two showers and my experience was terrible. Look elsewhere for a company that cares.

I had them put in a new cultured marble utility pan as my old plastic one cracked that the builder put in 7 years ago. The installer was a little late from the time frame i was given but i understand things happen. He got it put in pretty quick and it looks much more durable than my old one.

We remodeled our house and decided to go with a marble shower and tub surround rather than tile. We had a great experience working with Designer Marble from start to finish. Ashur did an incredible job on the install and even 1.5 years later, everything still looks brand new. It is so easy to clean and seriously SO BEAUTIFUL!

They did a great job on installation and a good price. Two years later, the concrete they installed below the base started deteriorating causing the base to flex and created a stale smell. It took them 3 months to respond after repeated calls to their office. When the person came out, he told me it was installed wrong, the drain or the concrete, he was not sure. They had me install the drain type they wanted and said it was correct when they did the installation. He was unsure what to do and the owner would contact me. The owner would not talk to me and only left messages through his secretary. His answer was 175% of what I paid originally. I understand the shower is now 2 years old but I thought I was buying something that should last 20 years. The owners lack of communication and trying to charge me almost double the original cost to fix it it’s just unacceptable to me. We could’ve came to a better compromise than that if he would’ve called me.

To be fair, I haven't used this business yet. But someone from the company took time to do a kind deed for us and our company. Anyone who goes out of their way to help someone out deserves all the business 🙂 If we need designer marble services in the future we know who we will go to and who we will recommend to our friends and neighbors, because we value working with good people. Designer Marble installed the cultured granite shower in my house when it was built. 10 years later it flooded down into the floor below, flooding through the recessed lights of my kitchen. A plumber and three shower specialists later, I learn that something is wrong with the shower pan liner and the, I kid you not, entire shower has to be ripped out to put in a new pan liner. The guy who then demolished the shower showed me that the pan liner had been installed incorrectly by Designer Marble. It had been cut short around the 3 piece drain so that it was only clamped around the very edge of the drain rather than extending across and getting screwed in and sealed with silicone. After those years, the liner popped out the side of the drain and caused the huge leak. What a huge waste due to what I can only describe as incompetence. I spoke to the owner and texted him pictures. He tried to convince me that the problem was due to my house shifting and settling and then told me that I didn’t know anything about drains so how would I know. Well guess what I know now? That demolishing and replacing a cultured granite shower costs $6,000. I do not recommend this company.

We used this company years ago for our master bathroom shower surround. We were pleased with the product and service, and it has held up well over the years. We had them complete a tub surround last month, and love how it turned out. This company is easy to work with, and everyone came when they said they would. We have recommended this company to family and friends and know a few other people who have used them and have been just as pleased.

They were really easy to work with. i worked with Clint through my construction process. I told them to make the counter tops a little bit bigger then the ones they were replacing so it would cover any marks from ripping out the old ones. they didn't and now i see all of the lines from the old ones all the time. i also used them to do the basement so the counter tops would match. the installation on the basement was ok but the installer got some adhesive on my shower door that has never come off. I'm not sure if they do the glass for showers or another company but that was the worst part of the install.
