Love this place. Great selection of products, with a variety of price ranges, so there's something for everyone. I ended up buying a while bedroom set, mattress with box spring, and a dining set and all under what I expected to spend. The sales lady was very sweet and helpful and didn't get frustrated with our millions of questions. Will definitely be back.

Overall really bad experience, I had expected better from the store. Initially financing issues, starting paying monthly payments even before the furniture was delivered, not sure how it works. Delivery people didn’t have shoe covering and it was raining that day, not sure spending thousands of dollars cannot get store to provide shoe covers. Finally no call or email from store for undelivered items, still waiting for mattress protector I spent $200 for the Tempur-pedic mattresses. I will never buy for the store and support the local/small stores

Thank you for the amazing service! We special ordered a beautiful bed from Oakcreek! It came today! The delivery guys Conner and Caden did a fantastic job setting up the new bed! Our sales person Luke, was knowledgeable and helpful! 10 out of 10. Highly recommend DeMeyer! Excellent customer service!

Furniture we received was what we wanted, At a decent price. The salesman on the other hand, wasn't very friendly/helpful. Almost to the point, I wanted to get up and leave without finishing the transaction. looking around, he wasn't as engaged as the other salespeople. They were at least walking around with their customers and answering questions. Everytime we asked a question, answers were short and like we were inconveniencing the guy. He would just point in the area and we had to pretty much help ourselves. Not only that, once we found him and told him the set we wanted, we asked about special pricing for end tables. No sale on those, however I said I wanted to keep looking and he said "ok, come over here first ". He literally had us pay for the furniture first!! I was appalled and didn't even want to finish our transaction. Overall, furniture was decent, customer service was horrendous and bec of that, I would never purchase from them again.

Luke at DeMeyer Furniture was extremely patient, helpful, kind and courteous. He helped us pick out the perfect bedframe and checked if they had it in stock and ready for delivery. Quick, painless and affordable. Highly recommend.

DO NOT BUY their Uniters Pure warranty, its a complete scam.

This was the response the first time we tried to make a claim. SCAM SCAM SCAM - we went to the store to talk to the manager he said he would resolve it. Never did.

"Based on the information and photos provided, it appears that the damage you reported is the result of an accumulation of stains and general soiling. Unfortunately, the protection plan that you purchased does not cover general soiling and accumulation of stains. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your plan for specific coverage and exclusion information. Thank you for your understanding."

The sales people are great however I have been back and forth about a desk not working (electronic) for 2 months now. The last I was told I would get a brand new desk. Now I'm being told they are just waiting on parts for the old one. I don't appreciate being told one thing and then another repeatedly. I won't go here for any furniture again after this experience.
