Do not order “custom made” to be made by Stewart Furniture. In February 2023 I ordered $15,575 + COM material. It is now 15 months later and I still do not have one piece of furniture that was correctly made according to the acknowledgment. Rocco DeCioccio keeps denying that items were made incorrectly. The 3 sofa back cushions were not large enough (20” tall) according to the photo submitted. The 2 accent pillows were 22” instead of the 19” on the acknowledgment. So the accent pillows were larger than the 3 sofa back pillows. I did not receive the “Air Dream” mattress for the sleeper sofa that I paid extra. The 2 custom chairs had seat depth of 29” instead of the 19“called for on the acknowledgement. They were totally uncomfortable. The paisley accent pillows were 28” instead of the 24” on the acknowledgment. I was told by Rocco to return the pillows to be remade. Wm Stewart told me to return the 2 chairs and he would make them right. Rocco has now said the chairs could be remade at the manufacturer cost. 15 months later my sofa has no back pillows or accent pillows. I do not have the air dream mattress or 2 $5,000 chairs. Rocco DeCioccio keeps denying that there is a problem and he has no control over Stewart Furniture.
