Initially very knowledgeable and good inventory, but customer service became terrible when they ran out of patience with my first floor heat project. Worse, they were even ruder when they thought I couldn't here them in the background. The problem was the new tool I bought for >$200 came corroded and didn't release properly, they would not even consider returning it because it had been "used" to make 2 crimps. They did get a fair instead of poor rating for putting me in contact with the manufacturer's rep who was very helpful and willing to go out of his way to satisfy a customer.

I was amazed by the excellent customer service, helpfulness, and friendliness of the staff at Dahl Design Denver--especially from Nick Howes and Bryony Brandt.

I received great assistance to decide on the perfect sink, faucet, accessories, and garage disposal. It's a wonderful benefit to be able to discuss products and receive different perspectives. Plus I trusted my salespeople, Nick and Bryony, completely.

Nick also did the extra steps to have these items delivered to me as quickly as possible since I wanted everything installed before my company arrived. Definitely went above and beyond to help me.

I'm completely pleased with my purchases, the superb care of the staff--the whole experience. They are a A+++ company!!

Terrible customer service! Maybe had I driven up in a fancy car they would have been reasonably helpful. As it was, they barely looked up from their computers to answer a question. Guess they don't need my business and will not get it. Plenty of other places with competent, knowledgeable, pleasant staff.

Getting anyone to help you in person is almost impossible. I came here to pick up a few things and everyone was busy talking and telling jokes instead of trying to help he customer. They were clearly annoyed and it showed by the way they tried to get rid of me quickly. After I left I noticed a mistake on my receipt and tried to call them. No one ever called me back.
I won't be doing business here again. I going elsewhere.

Not an easy dock. Turn left on Santa Fe Dr. Dahl is 0.1 miles on the right You have to back in through the gate and blind side dock. Very tight but doable. G.O.A.L.

My dad works here so I’m putting a good rating, also stop leaving bad reviews over how streets were designed, that’s not even the company’s fault ?‍?
