From start to finish, I was beyond satisfied with Custom Floor. Benny came out for a free estimate the day after I called, and the entire process was seamless. Communication was excellent, and visiting the showroom to select my flooring was a smooth experience. The pricing was reasonable, and the installation was completed in just two days. Every detail was meticulously handled—Cesar’s crew went above and beyond, even perfecting the smallest touches I hadn’t even considered. I love my new floors. Peter at Custom Floor & Design was easy to work with. His team moved furniture and even vacuumed when they were done. They were quicker than expected - just so great at what they do. When they were done, there was 2 boxes of unopened wood. Peter credited us back for the unused material. He is professional and customer service oriented. No complaints!

I just had Customer Flooring & Design in Chantilly VA, put hardwood floors in my house. I can’t say enough positive things about them. That had a very large selection of flooring and some of the best prices around. My flooring specialist, Benny, was extremely helpful. I worked with Chris Hovan at Custom Floor and Design for 1,200 sq. ft. of carpeting in five bedrooms at a property I manage following full interior painting. I had used another company with which I was thoroughly satisfied for many years until losing them due to a personal tragedy of the manager. I was then referred to CF&D and found them to be even better. Chris is highly knowledgeable, experienced, and responsive. The installers expertly removed the existing carpeting and flawlessly installed the new carpeting without scuffing any of the newly painted walls and woodwork. I will definitely call upon Chris for future projects.

The 3 individuals were timely and very courteous and pleasant. My "textured" LVP stairs, upstaires hallway, and bathroom floor look wonderful. I originally had carpeting on them (tile in the bathroom) but the plank looks so much more classy, and matches my main level hardwood floors. They floated the panel over my bathroom tile, so if someone would prefer tile, they should be able to remove it. Great service and price. I highly recommend Custom Floor.

Benny was extremely responsive with all of my questions and his team did an impressive job from start to finish on our hardwood floor project. Custom Floor & Design installed new hardwood floors in some of our previously carpeted areas and then sanded/(re)stained/finished the new and existing hardwood of the entire first floor. The team was very professional and efficient and the final product exceeded our expectations. I would use this company again if needed and highly recommend!
