Fui a Crispy Cones con altas expectativas, pero la verdad es que el helado no sabía nada bien. Estaba aguado y sin sabor, como si lo hubieran dejado fuera todo el día. Para colmo, encontré un cabello en mi cono, lo cual fue absolutamente asqueroso. No volveré.

Este lugar fue increíble. No tomo mucho tiempo para servirnos. La comida no era tan cara y ¡estaba muy delicioso! Los trabajadores no hablan mucho. El lugar estaba limpio, junto con las mesas y sillas. Si quieren comer azúcar, vengan aquí!

Crispy Cones es una tienda de helados muy especial!
La textura del helado es muy suave. Hay un nuevo sabor que me encanta! Es muy dulce y sabroso.
El edificio es muy limpio y nitido.
El servicio fue muy rapido y los trabajadores fueron muy cheveres!
Es un poquito caro para un estudiante pero vale la pena!
Incluye Crispy Cones en tus planes la proxima vez que visitas Rexburg!

Place is clean and comfortable but too quiet, I can hear everyone's conversation.
Staff is cool, but they just handle to you the cone.
The icecream and the bread are really tasty no doubts, but they are over price due to business ambitions to franchise with low customer traffic even during weekends.
The cones are not fresh anymore, they might move to frozen cones cause I don't remember them dry or stiff
I PAID FOR EXTRA OREO TOPPING AND I GOT 3 EXTRA OREO PIECES OR SO. 🤣🤣🤣 don't pay extra anything.

The product itself is tasty but very expensive for what you get. I personally think the cheaper soft serve clashes with the churro cone, but others like it, so to each their own. As for the experience, we started to order with a kiosk which didn’t make sense since we were the only ones there. The employee had to end up ringing us up since we had a voucher. Half of the tables were dirty too, even though it was slow, so we didn’t have many clean options to sit. We came here once before when it was just a food truck and weren’t impressed then either, and honestly this will probably be our last time. I’m not saying don’t go here… you honestly might like it a lot.

Crispy Cones offers a novel twist on the traditional soft serve ice cream experience, serving it in a unique, crispy cone. While the product itself tastes good, it isn't particularly noteworthy beyond its innovative presentation.

The ordering process is entirely digital, done through a screen with no interaction with the employees, who seem rather ambivalent. The lack of engagement from the staff might detract from the overall experience for some.

Moreover, the prices are quite high for what you get. Ultimately, it's a decent treat but not one that justifies its cost.

I’m not a sweets person but I LOVE CRISPY CONES! The unique flavors every week keep me coming back for more! And the cones are always so pretty! 10/10 would recommend! Perfect spot for a late night snack!

The ice cream was amazing! Perfect texture for soft serve and I loved getting to pick what I wanted inside. It was a little pricey but worth it. The employee taking our order was dead silent which was a little weird but overall a super cool place!
