I was looking for an upgrade to my office chair but was hesitant to buy online without trying in person. I’m so thankful I came across Create Spaces! I was lucky enough to work with Heather, who was so friendly and patient with me through the whole process. Heather was able to fit me in without an appointment for an initial meeting and then let me come back a second time to just sit in the chairs for awhile and figure out what would work best for me. She was great at walking through all the options and costs with me and I was able to find the perfect chair for me. Thank you, Heather and Create Spaces for such a great experience!

Heather has been so helpful and friendly! I originally got in touch with Create Spaces to try to see if I could order armrests for my existing Steelcase chair, but ended up ordering a new different model that's going to work so much better for me. Heather has been super responsive, and was able to accommodate me stopping by and checking out the chairs they have in their showroom for a couple hours while I had a layover in Boise. It was nice to be able to take my time and really get a feel for each chair. I never felt rushed, or like I was wasting anyone's time, which is super important to me as I don't like to make decisions under pressure, and she even offered me a drink and hung out with me to answer any questions I had and pull out all the chairs and fabric swatches. Once I made a choice, she worked up a quote for me, which was about half of what I had expected it to cost, and then let me take as much time as I needed to go home and think about it, before committing. Now I'm super excited for it to arrive, which looks like will happen sooner than originally expected as well. I'm impressed with the awesome treatment I received, especially considering I was at first only wanting to alter my existing chair, and then later only looking to purchase one chair. Based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend these guys for outfitting your office, big or small.

OEC recently installed new chairs, tables, glass white boards, and a new lectern in our conference rooms. They were wonderful to work with from the design to installation. I will definitely use them again in the future for my commercial properties!

Greetings, citizens of Boise. While this review isn't primarily about Steelcase, let me unequivocally state that they deserve six stars. If you're considering a chair, do yourself a favor and BUY A STEELCASE CHAIR!!!

I had the means and the desire to invest in an exceptional chair, fully aware of the premium price. My goal was clear: to find a chair that could support me through long hours of work without compromising on durability. My search led me to rigorously test the finest chairs available. I tried out Herman Miller, Haworth, Steelcase, and others. Steelcase was a league above all chair companies, well at least the ones I tested.

I appreciate Create Spaces for being courteous and accommodating by letting me sit and try out their chairs, and even come right back in try them out a second time. However, despite my evident seriousness and willingness to purchase on the spot, they seemed indifferent. I was promised a quote within a few days, but a week later I had to call them. I was told it would take even longer, a quote I could easily generate myself online, as I had done before visiting their office. The promised follow-up never materialized.

Shortly after not hearing back from Create Spaces, I capitalized on Steelcase's Fourth of July sale and made the purchase directly from them. The chair is nothing short of phenomenal. I am grateful to Create Space for the opportunity to test their chairs, though it’s unfortunate they didn’t seem inclined to make a sale. If individual purchases aren't their focus, a simple directive to order online would have sufficed. Nevertheless, I am utterly thrilled with my Steelcase chair.
