We worked with Hannah through the design, selection and measurement process. Our order came in quickly and installation was scheduled in a timely manner. Chad and crew did a wonderful job installing our quartz and granite countertops and sinks. Chad even came back another day to install a backsplash that couldn’t be installed the first time in one of the bathrooms due to two outlets needing to be moved. He came out the next day and quickly installed them! We are very pleased and highly recommend Countertop Concepts!

I called Countertop Concepts to replace an undermount sink I accidentally chipped because they had done such a great job installing my sinks and quartz countertops years earlier. Ok I didn't love it....but this is thebold showroom not the new one! GOOGLE FAILED ME! LOL that said we showed up on a Friday 30 minutes before closing and we're happily walked through and shown option. They have bid our job already and we're collecting bids. I found them to be especially honest and would feel good about hiring this company...now to decide on my counters to pick the company!

Chad and Countertop Concepts were great! We had an offset sink and Chad came out, measured, and within a few weeks, his crew came out and installed the countertop and it is perfect. We love that they had many options to choose from and that it was local (in Derby). We will for sure be using them again.
