Dave and his biz partner were very friendly and helpful. They carefully loaded the couch into my car and helped me strap it down. They didn’t make me feel rushed and the service and communication before and during the transaction was perfect! The couch itself is a little worn just like the description said and it is clean and has no damage or funky smells. Everything works and nothing is damaged. What more could you ask for?
