I am having my kitchen redone and researched so many different brands of quartz and styles. We really like this one Silestone design and the minimal upkeep of it. I read so many good things about the quality and even went to the showroom to see the slab in person before deciding on it. Unfortunately, we have had a very negative experience with them via our stone company. Because of them my kitchen has been delayed weeks and I even had to push my move in date.

First: they sent a slab that had hairline fractures and it broke during the cutting process. The stone shop called me right away and told me the situation as we were on a time crunch and said he spoke to Cosentino and they were sending the same exact matching slab from VA their main warehouse on an express delivery. My guy made sure the numbers matched in the new order.

Fast forward a few days later- they in fact did not deliver the same exact matching slab instead they sent one from the NJ warehouse that is slightly a shade off but I’m paying thousands! Of dollars why would they think it would be okay to send them something that’s not matching and was not the number in the order my stone guy made.

We have gotten bad news calls one after another and Cosentino is not taking any responsibility and it’s a shame because I really thought this company was good but unfortunately for everything you live and you learn. Never again will I be using them.

Had appointment through Costco’s program. Representative arrived 30 minutes late for measurement appointment, but seemed well versed in products and also runs programs for HomeDepot and Lowe’s.

After being promised samples to be Fedex’d and an estimate by email, there has been zero followup in 2.5 weeks, despite a call to Costco to follow up after 10 days as there was a promotional rate that was expiring. Checking other negative reviews, it appears we dodged a bullet.

Went there and asked if I could see some of their slabs. The guy behind the desk asked if I had an appointment, which I didn’t. He advised me I could look in the showroom but can’t see the slabs without an appointment. I asked him if I could go in to see the slabs again and he advised I didn’t have an appointment. It was 430pm and he said sorry no appointments means you can’t go in and the business closes at 5. There were two people behind the desk and both were on their computers and talking. I have been to numerous show rooms including Cambria and they were extremely gracious. This company was extremely rude and I went out there to specifically see their products. Guess they don’t care about selling them

Visited the Sales and Distribution Center. Appointment is required. Not open on Sat and Sun. Least bothered about customer service. Same Day appointments are not available. If Cambria can do it they can do it. Experienced finest reception at Cambria. Awesome people. Will buy Cambria only.

Cosentino Company , provides slabs to fabricators that are not eligible to cut and fabricate those materials NO VENTILATION , AIR PURIFICATION, NO DUST COLLECTORS, NO SAFETY, DUMP SILICA ON THE CITY DRAIN AS IN THE PICTURES. DEPARTEMENT OF SAFETY AND OSHA NEEDS TO ACT. PEOPLE ARE GETTING KILLED AND SICK FROM SILICA MADE MATERIALS. As you can see all the Silica that overflow the drains runs the asphalt and dumps to the forest poisoning the enviroment.
