You must go, you will not regret going.
I was treated in the most respectable, spectacular way. All the men and women; there, were so very professional knowledgeable, kind, and patient.
From Michael, the manager, to a woman that asked me if I needed help on the floor, to the man; Kyle that came out and assessed my furniture that I wanted them to co-sign, to the 2 men that delivered my wonderful furniture from there… They were all so kind, so professional, so patient, so knowledgeable!
Roland and Mason came and put my furniture together, some pieces were missing … they actually…went back the same night Friday night… (when they must’ve been so tired…)Found the other pieces, came back, and put the last two pieces of my furniture together.
They were so gracious, apologetic and sincere.
Honestly, honestly, I am so impressed with their kindness. I would so highly recommend that you go there!
So FUN, they negotiate prices? I never thought I would ever be able to do that, anywhere… but you can do that there.♥️

Absolutely worth the 8-hour round trip! This store is AMAZING—charming, delightful, and full of character! The customer service is second to none, and the family that runs it is truly the kindest. I made the journey from Seattle to pick up the most adorable "pumpkin" chair, and Sarah was so bubbly, sweet, and patient as I explored their inventory and asked a ton of questions. We had already chatted on Facebook Marketplace, so she knew I was coming from far away, and when I arrived, she greeted me with the best hug. T^T It was such a heartwarming experience that still puts a smile on my face days later. Truly a wonderful family and an excellent store! 🙂
