Sunni was friendly and she answered all my questions. I bought a new washer and dryer stackable set and she helped me with the entire process alongside her manager Austin. Even though I went into store close to closing they helped me get all the information I needed promptly and professionally. San angelo texas conns.

Had an amazing experience, with honesty the most sweet and honest employee. She was extremely helpful and was even super patient with us when we were awkward ducklings personified. Will always recommend going over there and will come back after the awesome first time experience.

Sunni was able to help us pick out the items we were needing and wanting by listening to our description. Even though she is new and learning she didn't hesitate to ask question to make sure she was accurate nor have any issues listening to the advice given. She seems very enthusiastic about her job!! This was a great experience being our second time making purchases.

I have a warranty contract with Conn’s and I have been trying to cancel it, I keep getting the run around they told me I needed to come fill out a form to cancel the warranty, I get there and I was told as of 4:19 they no longer handle that, they give me the number to the company they sold it too, they tell me they can’t cancel in house warranty’s from Conn’s and I keep getting the run around, I’ve called customer service several times and they just transfer me to the company it was sold too after I just told them they don’t handle the cancellation of in house warranty, no wonder this place is going out of business because they are a joke no one knows what their doing and can’t even send you to someone who can help.
