Refined selection of tasteful, high quality marble and ceramic tile. Working with Charles was truly a pleasure — he was helpful, kind, patient, and understood my unusual vision. I never felt rushed to make a decision. They were flexible yet prompt with delivery; everything arrived undamaged.

I’ve been in most of the tile showrooms in the area and Complete had, by far, one of the best selections. I’m particularly picky with marble: I think it can easily look cheap or cheesy. Complete had a very wide range of options I liked; nothing in the showroom looked cheap or cheesy. Their prices were incredibly fair.

Going into showrooms can be intimidating without a designer, but I felt completely comfortable browsing slowly and mulling over their ample options. Charles was helpful without pushing me at all.

I hope to work with Charles and Complete again should I have another similar project in the future.

Stone mosaics collection and tile displays are the perfect size to work in a project selection. Samples are nicely labeled to take to client or site review. Requires app to come to showroom. Very pleased with Charles that helped me with order., made it very easy and sent me confirmation and pictures of current stone lots to ensure my project will look as planned.

Ada helped me order 7000 historically accurate tiles for my bathroom floor and walls. They are beautiful. I thought they were a little pricey at the beginning of this project, however, I know better now! Very high quality tile. I had to pound on one with a hammer for quite a while before it broke. If you look at tiles from Lowe’s or Home Depot - they break. At Complete Tile, every mosaic sheet was spaced on the mesh perfectly. I created my own borders, duplicating a vintage tile pattern. The 1” porcelain hex tiles feel just like the old timey ones did. And Ada made the whole customer experience a delight. She made me feel (as a DIY first time tile installer) that she was rooting for me.
