The whole experience buying furniture for our new home was amazing. From the store manager to all of the workers even the delivery guys. Easy to get along with, very communicative. The prices are amazing. You pay one time delivery fee and it's good for a year anything you buy they deliver to you for free. So glad we chose to buy the majority of our furniture through these guys. Customer for Life!

Do not waste your money and trust! I bought a coffee table and a matching side table in January 2021. They said the coffee table will be available for pick up in a week and the side table will be available in March. It has been 7 months and still no side table has been delivered. When I complained and said I want my money back, the manager told me do you want us to lose money?! The weirdest thing I have ever heard from a business person (it looks like they want us/customers to pay for their lack of management). They held my money for more than half a year and now they just want to refund the money I paid for the side table. What about the coffee table? What is the point of spending $800 for an incomplete and defective furniture! I am really disappointed and I wish I had read the reviews before shopping from them. I strongly suggest every buyer to avoid this company. They do not even communicate with their customer respectfully.

This is the 2nd time we've been in to look for a couch. Jim was extremely helpful and personable, he helped us with the configuration of the couch we wanted, the color, etc. When we went to the front to get a quote, Greg was extremely off putting, monotone, and not in the least helpful. He made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome, for the 2nd time. We absolutely love the couch we picked out, and the help we received from Jim, we probably would have bought on the spot and left a 5 star review if it weren't for being treated inferior.

I have shopped at Complete Suite Furniture several times. I have enjoyed all of the pieces I have purchased but my salesman, Jordan Evans, is who made my experience above and beyond. He is knowledgeable and worked to make sure that I found exactly what i was looking for. He was very attentive and worked with me even when it meant coming back or changing my mind. I will continue to go to Jordan for my furniture needs. They have a top notch employee there!!

Mainly, curiosity is why I went into this store. I was welcomed by, I'm assuming the manager, and I stated I was "just browsing." He said, "great n feel free to ask questions if you have any! I enjoyed my "browsing", and found some items, I want to go back n look at again n more than likely will have questions. Very courteous n friendly, but what I most appreciated is there was no pressure. Thank you for that, n I'm sure I will be back!

Great prices but worst customer service experience of my life. I was promised my items 6-8 weeks after purchased. I called to find out ETA 6 weeks after I gave them over a thousand dollars and it would be more like 15 weeks after purchase. I was told the floor model wasn't an option as for every customer unwilling to wait there was someone that was. This statement was made by the corporate manager after issuing a complaint that I wanted the product I already paid for. Needless to say I refunded my money and went to Elegant Interiors in Clarkston paid $50 more and will get my items delivered this week. BEWARE!

Called for info on a mattress and was told you didn't carry what I needed. Then in looking online see you promoted what we were looking dor despite your inept sales person. Then went to your store to look around and waiting for my person with disability to join me. All of your displays are so high she would not be able to get up on the mattress to test it out. I told her not to bother and we went and bought a mattresses from another local store

Every single time I have gone I have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Employees were all nice or knowledgeable about the furniture. They were easy to approach plus delivery has been very nice as well as loaders. 100% recommend going here for furniture, plus their prices are excellent.
