Have been a long time customer. All the mattresses in my house are from Comfort City. Finally had to replace my own old mattress and Danny was fantastic in setting me up with the Schweitzer Medium Hybrid. It came as comfortable as the showroom model. No waiting for it to soften up. I just love this mattress and am so grateful we have such a fantastic family owned store in Coeur d' Alene.

We bought a mattress from Comfort City delivered to Athol, ID a week ago and was so happy to have purchased a very comfortable one. The store owner was so helpful in showing us the different mattresses and prices with no pressure to buy. When delivered, the two workers were so friendly and asked if we wanted them to wear booties to keep the floor dry. It was refreshing to see young people so courteous!! Keep up the excellent work!!

Comfort City was my first and LAST stop! I recently got the Pend Oreille Firm mattress, a popular model from their own line-up, and me and my back couldn't be happier!! It has been such an upgrade.

Danny and Autumn were there, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the mattress buying experience. I was given plenty of time to try out their wide selection of mattresses and really hem and haw to find that right one. I felt like there were a few really great options, actually. The mattress again has been so amazing in its quality and comfort.

Not only has the quality been there in the mattress itself, but the service and experience I had you simply can't get elsewhere or online. That kind of customer service and product expertise, I can't stress enough how helpful that was and the whole team was from the moment I walked in their door to the moment the delivery guys exited ours.

The delivery was on time, as scheduled, with ample heads up, despite a big holiday sale, by the way. Shout out to Levi. He and his co-worker whose name I didn't catch were friendly and careful with the delivery.

I did prior shopping and research and ultimately I'm so glad I went with instinct and didn't purchase online and instead decided to shop local! It saved me sooo much time and I know I got such a better deal and value.

I hope this family owned business will be there for many more years to come so I can be a returning customer of theirs.

From start to finish a great experience! Buying a mattress has always been anxiety provoking as its such a big expense and such a personal fit. I stopped in several stores before Comfort City. Upon entering Comfort City I was greeted by Danny. I told him my criteria: side sleeper, hot sleeper and I have quite a bit of arthritis pain in my knees, back and hips. He said he had a good idea of the mattress I needed and offered a few others to try also. He was right on the money. As soon as I laid on the Schweitzer mattress I could tell it was perfect. I tried several others but always went back. I was sold! My next contact was with Autumn. She was equally amazing. She got my mattress and adjustable base delivered quickly. She was customer focused, friendly and I could tell she honestly wanted me to get my new bed quickly. Next...the delivery guys. So amazing, friendly and professional. Levi and Caleb took such care delivering and setting up my new adjustable frame and mattress. I have been sleeping on it for 3 nights now and its been life changing. I highly recommend this locally owned business. They clearly care about the satisfaction of their customers, and they have a great product made here in the USA. Go see them if you are in the market for a new mattress!
