I had an amazing experience with Closets By Design. Dominique Davis was my designer. She was very kind and professional. She looked at my space and helped me come up with a great plan for my closet. She designed the perfect closet system for the space I had. I could not be happier with how it turned out. I highly recommend the company and Dominique. Absolutely love my custom master closet! Rachel the Designer did an excellent job, utilizing the space and paying attention to my clothing inventory to fit our needs. We are very happy with the design that Ashley Johnson created for our closet. She listened to our needs and made them a reality. The installers, Kerry, Donald and Yeimmy were awesome in executing the design. Our closet is not only functional it is stunning! The whole 'Closets by Design' experience was smooth, efficient, friendly and professional. They also honored the 40% off advertised. We highly recommend them.

EDIT:
I changed my rating from 4 to 5 stars. They did address the gaps for the drawers today. I’m pleased. As far as the exposed ends that are not visible, they assured me that I need not worry it will warp from humidity. They tell me if that were to happen, the warranty would cover it. They state they place these in garages without issue.

We do love our closet however, there are a few things that cause me pause. For example the drawers. They don’t meet nor is there a back. So there’s a gap that is visible into the drawer. Not a fan as dust can get in and aesthetically looks cheap. If I’d known that, I’d have either asked about a solution or gone with a different company. Also the installers did not go over the plans with me before install like I was told. There was some damage they did that I had to ask them to fix. If I hadn’t said anything, I’m not sure they’d have fixed it! And lastly the tips of the side panels are raw. No laminate on them. Which may not matter to some because you don’t see it. However in a humid environment, I’m concerned about swelling.
