Absolutely fantastic tile showroom. Bright, open and nice big displays which really helps you to visualise what they can look like. I'd say there's something for everyone, but if you want something different, then this is definitely where you need to come.

New tile showroom.based you n gilesgate near Mac D. Really impressed with the huge selection of tiles which most are very unique to them and very different to typical tile companies. The guy who help me was very accomodating. Five stars if prices where on all the rules. But generally very impressed.will probably go back and get something

Very happy with the service and support provided.
I emailed initially with a request for advice on sizing and colouring as per a discussion with my tiler. The response was considered, well thought out and clear with effective and useful references to the website and brochures to aid my decision making. It was also very prompt and personable.
I was reassured enough to make a purchase and then the ordering, payment and collection further evidenced a customer focused experience. Well done.

Excellent showroom with an amazing coffee machine which is free to use.If your after something special or out of the ordinary or even ordinary this showroom seems to have it all really really well set out got that showroom feel to the place and the service was second to none better than the other places I visited to purchase my bathroom tiles could do enough to help will be back again very happy customer and I didn't pay through the nose have recommended you to all my neighbours well done Durham Showroom ?

We have just visited original style show room in dragonville Durham and have to say what a lovely place to go to for something unique. We were met by a lovely lady called Naomi who was very knowledgeable on the tiles we’ve chosen to go for after the new year. There was no feeling of pushing to get a sale just some fantastic sound advice. We live in peterlee so original style is only 15 minutes away from us but as I say we are looking forward to starting our bathroom and en suite in the spring

I knew I wanted to bring Marbella to my back garden but everywhere sold grey or beige porcelain paving and I felt underwhelmed. I walked into clay & rock by chance and Darron was quick to understand my vision and had samples of handmade terracotta in various sizes and shapes. Immediately I felt excited that I had found the paving I wanted. Ordering was easy. Delivery was seamless. They were on the other end of the phone to give advice regarding laying it, cleaning it and protecting it. My landscaper had over ordered but Clay & Rock were happy to receive the returns and refund. The team always gave me a warm welcome when I went into store. Fantastic experience. My garden is fabulous and I can’t thank Darron and team for helping the vision come to reality.
I’ve already started eyeing up tiles for a kitchen revamp next year. Thank you x
