I previously gave a positive review for this company about a year ago, after they sent Jimmy to fix a previous job that wasn’t done well. They were incredibly nice and apologetic, which left a great impression. This time, a year later, I decided to give them another chance due to the excellent customer service I received from Mindy in the front office, who was outstanding.

Unfortunately, despite our efforts to make things easier by moving all of our furniture to the garage, the same issues occurred. There were spots left all over the place that were missed, and they poured out the dirty water right in the middle of our driveway, leaving dirt and clumps of hair. I called to have them come back to fix it, and although I was uncomfortable doing so, I remained polite. I felt like I was being a burden, but I knew the issue needed addressing.

The manager came to my home to resolve the situation, but unfortunately, he raised his voice and spoke over me in our living room. My husband had to step in and ask him to stop. I took the kids for a walk while they cleaned up, and the manager did send me a text afterward to apologize, which I appreciate. However, after this experience, I no longer feel comfortable having them in our home.

I used to highly recommend this company, especially a few years ago when I had a perfect experience. I’ve sent many people their way and even recommended them in multiple Facebook groups. I’m deeply disappointed with how things have changed, and I’m sad to have had this experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Claude browns stretched and cleaned the carpets in my home and they did a beautiful job and were affordable. The technician that came to my home was Mike. He was very punctual, polite, and friendly. We will definitely do business with Claude browns again in the future.

They did my carpets today and they did an outstanding job!!!! I had a couple stains I thought there was no way they would get out. I told the young men when they arrived I was worried, they said we’ll do our best. And let me tell u they did. The stains are completely gone!!!! A huge shout out to jimmy, Mike and mark.
