I literally never leave City Home Outlet empty-handed, and I’m here a LOT. But I had to get on and review for the first time today, because I AM NOT KIDDING when I tell you I’m fanning myself at how incredible the seasonal displays have been this year. The Halloween Horror Quote wall was Americana Creep Core, and now today I saw the Christmas Displays rolling out, and they are somehow even cuter than last years!

I just wanted to say that the creative vision by the merchandiser at this location in Fall/Winter 2024 tickled my brain in a way that inspired me to decorate and adorn my house in a similar way. It was so nice not to have to THINK about how I wanted to use an item, and really appreciated the convenience of effortlessly using the brain of a more creative person than I. Keep this merchandiser happy and motivated, and it’s likely we will all keep buying it!

My girlfriend and I love this place. Very interesting, high quality furniture at significant discounts. It's a fun, and relaxed showroom where you can really take your time and browse. Treasures are to be found, as well as lots of custom built to order options. Melissa is a joy to work with. I will definitely be back. In fact, we have several custom chairs on order from CityHome.

Ryan was awesome ! He helped us find the perfect dresser. Great customer service. He even showed us the bedroom/home store which was closed today on Fridays! Will definitely shop here again .

City home is one of my favorite furniture stores. It’s directly across from the non-outlet store so you can look at both store options. I was looking for a white sofa and I found a perfect one! Definitely is more of the modern furniture vibes which can be hard to find in store. Everything is picked up off the floor. The workers are very sweet and we even called so they could wrap it up before we even paid. Very good customer service and a good selection. The furniture is really good quality and looks expensive (which most pieces are). Definitely look for deals and sales because those are normally within reach.

As others have said, Ryan was a delight when helping us select a couch. Unfortunately, we had a much worse experience with one of the salesmen who took over once we purchased the couch (don’t want to put him on blast, so I won’t use his name). There was a lack of communication on his part that caused a good deal of confusion and delays. He never apologized, tried to blame it on the delivery company, and got sassy with us when we politely voiced frustration. When we finally were able to speak to management above this salesman’s head, they were more helpful .

I’m glad to hear others have had great experiences here! But I will likely shop elsewhere in the future.
