Good day out with plenty to see ie steam driven, classic cars, trucks, tractors etc. Numerous food stalls - eat early to avoid the queues also tool stalls and vehicle spares.

Loads to see and do (and looking at steam engines do not have to be one them)! Fair ground, donkey rides, vehicles of every description including tractors and military, dog and duck

I love this place.. great BRITISH CULTURE and traditions...every one is helpful & always happy to show their cars off etc....I'll be there next year with my car

Visited for the 1st time today. A well organised event with plenty of food stalls, a beer tent with entertainment, stalls selling local foodstuffs and car boot stalls.
It is dog friendly, but it was very warm today with few water dishes around. Plus it gets noisy with the steam engines. So think on if you do take your dog, especially if it is nervous.
There are many exhibits to look at including lorries, tractors, military vehicles, steam engines, vintage cars, motor bikes etc to bring back memories to us older visitors. They are all judged in the main arena. Certainly worth visiting to while away some hours.

Nothing to state on any flyers that this is a paid event. Arriving with the family only to find out it was going to cost us in excess of £40 just to get through the door. I have attended several of these events in the past at other locations and never paid to enter. Organisers should make it more clear this is a ticket only event.
