I bought two vanities from Chans furniture direct. I just love the them! I ordered both of them without the top so I could put both into the bathroom with a makeup station in between. I love the look and the quality. Of course I had to buy a granite top separately and we made a centerpiece under the counter to match. I'm very happy with my purchase. Everyone loves my new bathroom. The customer service was good and they were delivered to my house on time.

Don’t purchase your furniture here because the customer service is not good and they do not uphold their promises. Disappointed with my July 2021 purchase of a vanity. Upon receipt the vanity door was damaged. Chans furniture had me sent it back for repair, which I did, and when they sent it back they sent it with brown packing paper glued to the door and it was totally and irreparably damaged, way more than the initial damage (see picture). They promised a replacement door when it came back in stock - in October - and after several months of my initiating requests for status updates, they continued to punt on the replacement and had several excuses why. It is now mid February and their latest “solution” is that I return the door before they replace it with a new one (I told them I’d return it upon receipt of a new door). If I trusted that I’d *actually* get a replacement, I’d do this, but I have no confidence in their ability to uphold their end of the bargain. I now have a damaged vanity I paid a plumber to install and I’ll have to replace the entire thing.

I purchased a bathroom vanity from Chans through Wayfair. The construction and paint job on the vanity was very nice. The quartz vanity top is a different story. After just one month of use the vanity top looks stained and dingy. It is full of watermarks that will not come off with any amount of cleaning or wiping. It constantly looks dirty and like I’ve never cleaned it before. I sent Chans 6 different emails with pictures and a video (this is what the customer service rep told me to do) and they have never once responded. I would think twice about buying a bathroom vanity from Chans.

Terrible experience. After ordering a vanity from Chans, I received an email, AFTER it was already supposed to be delivered, that they could not ship to me because I lived too far away. (yes, really) I was told I'd be refunded immediately. After 2 months of not receiving the refund, I had to dispute the charge and FINALLY got my money back. I believe they falsely advertised the price and realized they wouldn't make enough money to ship so they just cancelled the order... and conveniently forgot to refund me. DO NOT RECOMMEND
