Chad, the owner of the company I went over to get a washer he tried telling me he’s friends with the chief of police and that if I miss a payment, he’s going to be sending the cops to my house basically. Not only that I explain to him that I just changed banks and that I was going to take care of the late fees no problem if they were any and paying what I owe and give extra so I don’t have to deal with him banging on my door and calling me 1000 times in five minutes. I sleep during the day because I work all night. They sent people over banging on my door when I’m not home and I wasn’t behind but a few days. And then, when I was at the store, he tried telling me a story about a customer he had, and completely talk trash about them. I don’t recommend using this Rental company at all. They’re ridiculous.

The owner likes to try and use bullying tactics and in all reality is a complete joke of a person. And their customer service skills are a complete joke and they are the worst rental company in town and need to be closed down I absolutely would not rent nothing from them so if you wanna be treated like complete trash and have the owner think he is tough then this is the place for you in other words I would stay away from this place period

My teenage daughter's car broke down on Yellowstone. She pulled into the Chad's parking lot to get out of traffic and call for help. While her Dad was looking at her car in the empty parking lot, an employee came out and told them it was private property. They asked for a few minutes to look at it, and diagnose the problem. She told them they needed to leave the property. I am very disappointed in their inability to be good neighbors, and community supporters.

One of my all time favorite places to visit. Yes, the merchandise is amazing, the staff however, even more so. You can't go wrong (in my opinion anyway lol) with Chad's!

I was looking to buy a bed from a place that wasn't going to play me for a fool, so my brother convinced me to check out Chad's. We walked in & instantly my mood lifted because they were on point with helping me with my dilemma & super nice. It was a little bit spendy for me just because I'm not one to spend money on myself but it was totally worth it & I would do it all over again. The bed feels amazing! 😁💯
