We recently purchased new carpet & tile for about 2,000 square feet of floorspace in our house. We shopped around, but ended up in Casey Carpet by happenstance while passing by and I said, "Hey, why don't we go in and at least see what they have?"
I'm so glad we did! Not only did they have a great selection, their prices beat all the other places we looked at.
Kevin was so nice at helping us with our selections, measurements, and quotes. And while the installation was happening, they stopped by a few times to ensure the job was being completed to their standards. Plus, they recommended the best installation contactors.
We are so thankful we discovered Casey Carpet One. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them for your flooring needs. I couldn't be happier with our entire flooring experience!

Great experience dealing with Casey Carpets all throughout the process; buying, installation and follow-up. AJ Torres is the best floor guy to know. He listened to our needs and was able to help us get the exact flooring we were looking for. The tile installers, Carlos and his two sons, were incredibly kind, respectful and worked so hard. I am amazed at the job they did, and I would definitely use them again in the future! Highly recommend!!!

Casey Carpet One has raised the bar for how a company can exceed my expectations! Trent came out and measured our area promptly, got our chosen brand and color of outdoor carpet ordered, and when it arrived he coordinated the installation. The contractor he used for our job, Winder Flooring, showed up right on time at 8:00 am, with a crew of 6 trained men, and got the job done in one day. They knew what they were doing and cleaned up everything when they were done. Our outdoor area is transformed! I have used Casey Carpet One in the past and they have never disappointed me. Highly recommended!

The initial front desk customer service was great but sadly the installation service was not good. They sent an inexperienced guy who showed up with his 15 year old son. First problem he cut the master bedroom carpet too short (I tried letting that slide we are all human and make mistakes even though this is a special order carpet) then the second issue he tore the carpet in the other bedroom during installation. Spoke with the sales rep who is telling me they will finish installation and make it livable while they reorder my carpet. They told me to give it the weekend and they should be able to stretch out the carpet in one of the bedrooms to cover what they cut short. My “compensation” they will move my furniture for free when they return to re-install my carpet. That’s still and inconvenience to me! This is an empty home I just purchased and have movers scheduled for tomorrow yet they haven’t finished installation in one of the rooms! It’s only two small bedrooms and a master bedroom that they are installing carpet in and they guy couldn’t get it done in 8.5 hours. When we addressed all the issue with the installation guy he said he had never installed this style of carpet before and he’s only been doing it for 3 years. Not pleased at all. Hopefully when I go into the store tomorrow we can arrive at a better solution because this is unacceptable. P.S. these pictures is what my carpet looked like when we left our home this evening at at about 6:30 pm. In 8.5 hours only 1 of the 3 bedrooms had carpet completed and correctly installed.

Choosing new flooring can be overwhelming when it is not something you have done before. Our daughter recommended seeing Shelby, she was amazing, patient , kind, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. The installation team was very efficient, friendly, respectful and hard working… they did a great job! Thank you for a great experience Casey Carpet 1 in Lubbock.
